Jake came out on the evening of 3-13 to look at the garage door. He gave us a price on getting the old door open that evening. After speaking to the office he gave us a price on a new door and install for the next morning. We choose this option. Jake was very professional and pleasant. We appreciated that he was able to come that evening and was able to offer solutions that could be preformed that quickly. Lake came the next morning. He too was very professional and pleasant. He took out the old door and installed the new one very fast. He explained everything he did, left us a can of spray for the door, told us to call the office if we have any questions at all. I also spoke to 2 people from your company on the phone before making the first appointment. Both were very nice and helpful. To us this is what customer service should be. Thank you, Libby and Dan Inkrot

Most excellent-From the very beginning with Jeff in sales to today’s install by Lashad Lake. Everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent by all parties and Lashad’s personality and attention to detail on the install was most welcomed. Thank you Precision!

Joe Patton

Lake installed a brand new door in a matter of hrs. That's from completely taking the old door, tracks and top roller assembly out, and installing a "completely new door ". He informed me of his arrival time, and talked to me through each step. It was a total pleasure meeting him and his professionalism, not 1 piece of trash was left. ABSOLUTELY recommend Precision Door! Thanks for the great service!!

Me and my wife had just purchased new siding .With black trimming But the house used to be Gray with the garage. When your service technician came out and put the new garage door on which is black. It said this house off.
