I want to say that the company stands behind their excellent work. I had my garage door installed a little less than a year ago and there was a issue with the door making noise when it was lowering. They came out came and made the adjustments that was needed. In addition, it was just one phone call and the person who I spoke to was quick and efficient in setting up my appointment. Lastly, the tech who came out was only 15 or 20 minutes with resolving the issue. No one could ask for a better company to do their work. Kudos, all the way around.

Job was to replace an existing garage door that had been damaged. Technician arrived on time, removed all parts of the existing garage door (panels, rails--everything but the garage door opener) and installed a new identical door. Technician was knowledgeable, quick, thorough and personable. Overall OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Lashad was very patient and helpful. We had to call the Homelink contact listed in my Tesla manual and I had to buy a new remote which I didn't know I needed so it is good he had one on the truck. Technician (Lake) diagnosed several problems having to do with the age of the garage door: most of the hardware had simply worn out. He replaced all necessary parts quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing at every step. He even went the extra mile and remounted the obstruction sensors at a better height. Great job all around.

The spring on my door broke and could not get my car out. Called Precision at about 3:15pm. The technicians arrived at my house by 4:00pm. Lake and Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed in about an hour. They were knowledgeable, explained everything, and were very friendly. I would recommend Precision to everyone. Great customer service and they went the extra mile.

Lake was amazing from start to finish. He was punctual and polite. Poor guy got rained on, like terrential down pour but he kept doing the job. Gave us multiple options after checking everything. Worked quickly. Did an amazing job. Cost was a bit higher than other places but worth it for the great service.

I called 9:30 AM to get a broken garage door spring replaced. (Lashad) Lake was here before noon, looked over both garage doors and offered four options for one door or both, since I also asked about replacing seals on the bottoms of the doors and anything else that might be needed. He had everything needed on the truck and was done by 3:30. He was friendly, polite, explained all the options and didn't push for the most expensive one. Very glad he was the technician who came out and we would want him for any future work.

Lashad came as per the appointment time and called 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He did beautiful job changed sensors, rollers and lubricated all the moving parts. The garage door is opening smoothly & quietly. I want to shout out to Lashad Lake for the fantastic job he did replacing my garage door opener and putting in a new keypad. He came on the same day I called which was great as I am a new customer. I got your name from my neighbor; in fact Lashad also repaired her garage door. Lashad was very professional and I felt very comfortable while he was here as I live by myself. He also programmed my car door opener as I am not able to drive my car at the moment.

We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.
