Jake came out on the evening of 3-13 to look at the garage door. He gave us a price on getting the old door open that evening. After speaking to the office he gave us a price on a new door and install for the next morning. We choose this option. Jake was very professional and pleasant. We appreciated that he was able to come that evening and was able to offer solutions that could be preformed that quickly. Lake came the next morning. He too was very professional and pleasant. He took out the old door and installed the new one very fast. He explained everything he did, left us a can of spray for the door, told us to call the office if we have any questions at all. I also spoke to 2 people from your company on the phone before making the first appointment. Both were very nice and helpful. To us this is what customer service should be. Lake installed a brand new door in a matter of hrs. That's from completely taking the old door,tracks and top roller assembly out, and installing a "completely new door ". He informed me of his arrival time, and talked to me through each step. It was a total pleasure meeting him and his professionalism, not 1 piece of trash was left. We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.

I want to say that the company stands behind their excellent work. I had my garage door installed a little less than a year ago and there was a issue with the door making noise when it was lowering. They came out came and made the adjustments that was needed. In addition, it was just one phone call and the person who I spoke to was quick and efficient in setting up my appointment. Lastly, the tech who came out was only 15 or 20 minutes with resolving the issue. No one could ask for a better company to do their work. Kudos, all the way around.

Job was to replace an existing garage door that had been damaged. Technician arrived on time, removed all parts of the existing garage door (panels, rails--everything but the garage door opener) and installed a new identical door. Lashad was very patient and helpful. We had to call the Homelink contact listed in my Tesla manual and I had to buy a new remote which I didn't know I needed so it is good he had one on the truck.
