I called to have what I thought was a minor problem fixed on my 30 year old door. The technician game to my home at the prescheduled day and on time. As I started pointing out to the tech my other annoying little problems with the door, the tech explained to me how all of these little problems were actually related to each other. He quickly gave me an estimate to have all of the minor problems fixed as well as some ideas of what will need to be taken care of sometime down the line should I be staying in my forever home. I gave the go-ahead for the repairs and in short order, it was done. Now I feel like I have what seems like a new door. Wow. I should have had this all done two years ago when I moved in. Very grateful to the tech for the work done.

Precision fixed our door a few years back and was wonderful and asked and explained everything before doing it to make sure it was okay. Today they had to come out to fix our door bc it came off the track and one of the springs broke. It was fixed within minutes and they were still under warranty and no questions asked. We will continue to us them with future repairs.

The spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday. I called Precision to get on their schedule, asap assuming it would be days if not weeks before we could coordinate a repair. Turned out Matt was able to come out right away and just like that….all was fixed. Ended up doing some very overdo maintenance and fixes. Matt was professional and efficient. From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time .
