I just moved to my new house about 8 months ago and I hard a problem of my garage door. In fact their service is good. I called, and the next 40-45 minutes they were in my house. Their customer service are very professional and technicians are wonderful. Please call them when you’re in need. THE BEST

I would never call another Garage door service company. I will only call Precision Garage Door Company. They are the best ever! They are always prompt in getting someone out to get your door fixed. Technician Matt Eberly has fixed my garage door a number of times. He is the best! Always very polite and professional. Matt is very fast in finding the problem and getting the door repaired.

I called at 3:40 on a Friday. One of the springs on my overhead garage door broke. Since it is Easter weekend I wasn’t expecting service until Monday. However they had time today and my tech was here by 4:30 and garage fixed and working before 5!! Matt was my tech and he was very courteous, friendly and professional. I was impressed with all aspects.

I wouild like to commend Matt Eberly. He identified the problem with my garage door and fgully explained my options. Matt replaced my cables and installed new rollers that are self enclosed and do not need lubrication except on the shaft. I have used Precision several times for garage door repairs. I called them today for another issue and they had someone out to my house within a couple of hours. Matt did a great job and he was personable and very thorough. Great customer service!
