Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

The company technician arrived on time in a fully equipped vehicle. The work was done professionally, quickly and efficiently. I agreed with the recommendation to replace the roller bearings due to their severe wear. The provided two-year warranty is pleasing, although I hope that there will be no problems. Due to my not very good English, I did not quite understand the information about the company and country of manufacture of spare parts.
