We had issues with our garage door opening, an old one that hadn't been serviced in at least 10 years. Cameron came out and diagnosed the issues quickly, did a great job explaining what was wrong and how to fix it, reviewed the quote and then got to work. He went above and beyond in his attention to detail and service. He is truly a master of his craft. I would recommend Precision to anyone. All around great experience!

This is our second time using Precision Garage Door, and we are just as pleased this time as the first. From the time we called and made the appointment, to the time the new springs were installed, it took less than 2 hours. Our service technician, David, was very professional and courteous. Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

The spring had broken on my garage door between the time that I left for work and the time that I returned home. I was on the phone with Precision before 4:30 p.m. and was relieved that they could come out today sometime between 6 and 10 p.m.. At 4:45 or so my phone rang and Tony from Precision called to find out if it would be acceptable to come earlier. Tony showed up around 5 p.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with different options (there were 2 different quality levels of spring available for my door). He finished the job before dinnertime, even with taking the time to explain everything he did, as well as to make recommendations for work I may need in the future (the rollers were showing signs of wear, but they did have some life in them). I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family for the quick response and friendly customer service.
