It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high. I have neighbors who I will tell about their service, but I will mention that the price was very high for what I had done.

A year ago, I hired Precision Garage Door of Columbus to install a new garage door and opener. From the start, their team was professional, friendly, and efficient. The installation was seamless, and everything worked perfectly over the past year. Recently, I noticed a new noise when opening and closing the garage door. I called Precision Garage Door, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for the same day. Joshua arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, and quickly identified the issue. He replaced the track for our belt at no cost, thanks to their excellent warranty policy. The experience reaffirmed why I chose Precision Garage Door in the first place.
