Loved that all the repairs, including the original issue related to broken spring(s), could be done in one visit/same day. This is very convenient for folks who need work done quickly and have limited time due to work, kids, etc. Cameron was very nice, pleasant, and professional! He explained what could be done, what was necessarily needed now, and what wasn't, and some of the ins/outs of the whole garage door function.

Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Offered alternatives for either a quick temporary fix or replace the 25 year old motors, etc with new units. Went with two new units that offered wifi, cameras, and led motion lights. All I can say is being pleased with the outcome and 7 year warranty. Also appreciated the follow up calls on apt. day.

March 30 and 31 your tech Brad was here at my home for service, originally to give me an estimate to replace the garage door trim, which I did not have replaced when your company replaced both my garage doors in April, 2024. Instead of just providing an estimate for the trim, Brad took extra time to do an inspection of the doors, and in doing so discovered that insufficient springs were installed with the doors in 2024. He explained that over time this would result in the garage door openers failing much quicker than they should because they were lifting much more of the weight than they should. Your company approved Brad repairing this issue at no charge to me. Brad also made a repair on a connection from the door to the opener, resulting from this added strain. Today Brad was back with the trim, installed it, caulked and cleaned the trim, and applied a little paint to the nails. Brad did an excellent job, was courteous, efficient, and demonstrated attention to details and concern for the customer. You should somehow reward him and keep him around as he is a great representative of your company.

Precision did a great job! They arrived during our scheduled window and gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Our technician (Imani) was excellent! She answered all of my questions, explained everything they offered, and provided the pricing as I considered various options. The job was completed within 3 hours as promised and we walked thru anything that I needed to know, including set up of the phone app. It was a good experience overall and I am happy with the results.

NEIGHBOR had work completed by your team on Saturday afternoon AND our garage door controller could then operate both home’s garage doors. I would say this was a safety issue. We called Friday night and twice more on Saturday morning. We asked for a simple call back from a manager of the techs on all three calls. No responses. Finally on Saturday afternoon a tech arrived and had to reset and reprogram all of our devices. This still allowed our controllers to operate BOTH GARAGE DOORS. the techs then went over to our neighbors home and reprogram their units.

Service was just fine. Installer was professional. However, outdoor was under warranty BUT we had to pay $650. For a replacement door. Very disappointed in the warranty! It will be doubtful if we use your company again as we feel the warranty was less than satisfactory.

Our garage door wouldn't open all the way. I got a referral from a neighbor who recently used Precision Garage Door Service, and was happy about the service. I called and got same day service in Westerville, less than 90 minutes later. Communication was terrific starting with Isabelle at dispatch, andI was provided a photo of my technician, texted that he was on his way soon, then Jake Jones called me when he was about 15 minutes away. He was very friendly with my dog, got right to work identifying the problem, presented me with pricing options, and was finished with the repair in under 90 minutes. I hope I don't have garage door problems again, but if I do, I'll call for Jake at Precision Garage Door Service.

Bought a garage door "kit" from one of the big box stores, but the main shaft was a two piece job was absolute junk. The main spring was under powered for the job along with the cables and drums. Been much better to have Precision do the install than do it myself. The so called spring kit lasted less than 6 months. I had them replace the total upper end less the opener. The door tech Malachi was a pro and friendly. No worries with this company or this tech, request Malachi and you wont be disappointed!
