Professional and fair. Joe came out and showed me the options I had available and prices for everything. I selected what I wanted/needed and there was NO pressure to go with something else. I appreciated that very much. He completed the job in 2 hours (maybe less), showed me how to operate everything, and made sure I was comfortable with it. I would highly recommend Joe and Precision Garage door.

Technician David Simpson was excellent. Called before coming. Examined my garage door, then presented an itemized list of items that needed attention. Then explained each item. I was then able to make an informed decision on what repairs to do. He completed the repairs in a timely manner.

Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .

Derek Mason did a fantastic job for us. He diagnosed our problem and found several other issues which would have caused future problems. He had all the material he needed on hand and he completed the work the same day, efficiently and professionally. I will use Precision in the future if I have issues, and request Derek to do the work. Outstanding job!!

The tech. Did a great job. My complaint is $2086 for 2.5 hrs work. 3 braces. New rollers. New springs. A few hinges and 3 bearings. Called a local company after the work was finished and her first question was “you must’ve used precision.” I’ll never use them again!

I had a very good experience with Precision Garage Doors. The sales process was professional, friendly, courteous, and with a no-pressure attitude. Questions were answered to my satisfaction. Features of the doors I selected were described and explained. Warranty info covered. The installation went very smoothly. The Techs even called to let me know they were running ahead of scheduled and inquired if they could start early. Of course! I had the garage area prepped and they appreciated that. The garage was cleaned up and all I had to do was put things back in place. Definitely would use Precision Doors again.

Our experience with Precision was, as always, exceptionally positive. We asked for David Crowe to be the technician sent to repair or replace our garage door opener. We requested David because of the excellent work he had completed for us in the past. In fact, David is one of the primary reasons we use Precision. David is knowledgeable, professional and personable. When David arrived, it took him just a moment or two to identify the problem, which he explained to us in layman terms. With our approval, David replaced the garage door opener quickly and we could not be happier with his work. We will continue to ask for David whenever we have garage door issues, and we will continue to refer him and Precision to our friends and neighbors.

The broken spring problem was fixed. The price is ridiculous to replace 2 torsion springs. $737 was the total cost.

Jacob was very professional and had our garage door opener changed out and working quickly, and on a Sunday afternoon! He was very knowledgeable on the products and explained my options thoroughly. We chose the belt driven opener and are very pleased with it. Highly recommend this company for any garage door work.

David did an awesome job installing two new garage door opener motors today with remotes including syncing these two with an existing door opener. He arrived when scheduled, prepared & completed the job in a few hours. He needed a couple things which another truck brought to him so he didn't have to leave this job (that's so smart to have that option set up by this company). David made sure everything on all 3 doors was checked out, synced & working correctly, that we we were instructed on the proper use & cleaned up before he left us...his very happy customers,

In the past 8 years, we've called Precision to come out to fix a broken spring and a few years later for a tune up. Both times Precision was timely, professional and nice to talk to. Both reps were competent and thoughtful.

We called to have a broken spring replaced. The tech arrived on time. He took quite awhile before quoting a price. It was because he was preparing a proposal for replacing everything with a complete new opener, Wi Fi enabled etc. to the tune of almost $4,000. We felt the company had more of an interest in selling a lot of additional items, rather than repairing the spring that was broken. In addition, we felt it was way overpriced. In hindsight, I wish we would have thanked them for their information and then called someone else to fix it.
