Loved that all the repairs, including the original issue related to broken spring(s), could be done in one visit/same day. This is very convenient for folks who need work done quickly and have limited time due to work, kids, etc. Cameron was very nice, pleasant, and professional! Precision replaced my opener 20 yrs ago and gave great service. This winter the door wouldn't close some times, so we wanted an insulated door. The installer (Derek) was very clear about my options to repair or replace the items which were making all the noise when the garage door was going up and down. I am very happy about my my decisions to correct the problems for the long term and not just a bandaid! I will have Derek repair/replace the old items in the other unit in the second bay of my garage soon! Then all will be matched up,fixed up and ready for another 20 years. I was so very impressed with every aspect of your service. I made an appointment for the very next day after I called at the exact time that I wanted. I was called a half an hour ahead of time to let me know that the service person was on his way. When he arrived at my house, he gave me a very thorough explanation of what was needed and what was going to be done. Every element of the repair was done perfectly and timely….and as he had discussed with me. I called the Precision this morning and I explained my garage door needed to be repaired as soon as possible since my garage would not open not allowing me to pull my vehicle out. They were able to get me an appointment with the times I was available. Walker my technician called me to let me know he was on his way and text me to let me know he was caught in traffic and would be 5 minutes later. Walker came in did an inspection with everything that he recommended to be repaired. He then went and wrote up the cost of everything and gave me my options of what needed to be done and explained everything. He was very precise and explained why this may have happened to my garage. I decided to go with all the recommendations and I was happy there was a warranty. I would highly recommend using Precision for all your garage repairs. The staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful.
