I was very pleased with the work completed. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have an older home with a heavy wood garage door. He offered a solution that would help balance the door better so it is easier to open manually if I ever need to do so. The garage door opener (which is also old) seems to run better as well. The chain came off our garage door opener so it was determined we needed a new one. Gary was very helpful - he explained all of our options and we decided to go with w new opener and everything that goes with it.
