The chain came off our garage door opener so it was determined we needed a new one. Gary was very helpful - he explained all of our options and we decided to go with w new opener and everything that goes with it. We now have quieter door opener w new rollers, new sensors, a new keypad, etc. Gary was great. Thank you.
