I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that I experienced from the initial phone call Jessica was very attentive to my and had a technician scheduled to come out the same day. Imani arrived when they said she would be there she thoroughly explained what needed to be done, presented me with an estimate and only fixed what needed fixed and didn't try to sell me anything. She did an amazing job and thoroughly cleaned the area where she was working. She was was professional, courteous, and very friendly. I will highly recommend your company and her specifically to anyone that asks me for a recommendation for a garage door repair company. The cost was a lot less than I expected as well. Thank you for the quick response and the high quality of work performed.

As of June 16, 2025, I am very impressed with this company. It was so helpful to have such a quick response with same day service. The technician, Derek Mason, portrayed the kind of employee I wish other companies would have. He was so kind and helpful, explaining everything which showed his professionalism and also his willingness to fix my problem. Technician did good job of analyzing the existing garage door insulation to make sure a satisfactory repair could be accomplished. He was able to work around a tight situation to modify the existing lift mechanism. Only negative was the $700+ for approximately 2 hours labor and parts (2 pulleys, lift bar and coil spring)

Heard a loud bang Monday evening but didn't realize what it was until Tuesday morning when I tried to open my garage door and realized the spring busted. The service technician Michael Bowman was very professional and fixed me up with the "best" option. Should be good to go for another 20 years! Thank you very much.

We finally gave in and decided it was time to replace our 30 year old garage doors, so after talking to a friend, we decided on Precision; we weren't disappointed. Choosing the design was easy enough, but the real surprise came when I received a call, much sooner than I expected, to schedule an install date. My installer was right on time, did a wonderful job, and left my garage and driveway perfectly clean when he finished ... In fact, every person that I spoke with and dealt with, from start to finish, was polite, helpful, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone considering repairing or replacing their garage doors.
