On Dec. 19 Bradley Bryant came out to help us with an on-going issue we have been having the garage door keypad. The last rep. wasn't very helpful and this keypad was causing major problems for my family. Bradley showed up and I explained what the problem was and he went right to work and solve the problem in a matter of minutes. Our family can't thank Precision and Bradley enough for finally taking care of this issue for us. If Precision continues to have employees like Bradley, I will always recommend Precision as the garage doors of 1st choice to anyone. I actually recommended Precision already to my neighbor who was having garage door issues.

The day started off on the wrong foot. Springs broke so the door could not be opened. Called and a technician was there before I got off the phone explaining to my job I was going to have to work from home. James Damron handled everything from start to finish. Just needed to brief me on the estimate, and got to work. I did not know when he was done and tested it a few times. The new LiftMaster garage door opener is whisper quiet and opens the door 3X faster. I could have went to work when he was done, but decided to stay home and program my new toy. Very happy with everything.

Wow what great service. My Precision Door technician showed up right on time, explained everything he was going to do, and got to work fast. My new springs and cables were replaced in no time. I highly recommend them. Booking the appt online was quick and easy. It was nice to do that on Christmas Day and have the door fixed the next morning. Awesome technician!

The young man that came out to service my garage door opener was very polite and nice. He was very thorough in his explanation of the problem. Once the new opener was installed, he helped me set up the connection on my phone. He also made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Pricing is exploitative. Representative played dumb that he didn't know he was selling me a $400 garage door opener for $1400. Also tried to sell me extra opener remotes for 10x the off the shelf price. He told me it was a 3 hour install job and he was done in 45 minutes. This business is a classic example of the Enshittification of everything these days. I'm guessing Precision Garage Door has sold out to some private equity group, and they are now squeezing every penny possible of the customer base. Praying for the comeback of local businesses that don't need an iPad to provide you basic services.

We have used Precision for years and they never fail to impress us. Tim was no exception. Our garage door spring broke early Sunday morning on the coldest day of the season. We called Precision not knowing if it were even possible to get someone out that day and within a couple hours ( exactly as promised) Tim arrived to fix the entire problem. From the pleasant woman that answered the early call to completion, we were 100% satisfied. We have always been impressed with the professionalism, quality of service, and expertise of the installers at Precision. It is an A+ organization through and through. The phone staff was great. They scheduled a visit from a tech to come out the same day. There was a 4 hour window, I wasn't to happy about that. But, the tech was able to come earlier. I believe the guy that came to my house was named Corey. It was straight forward on pricing and set to work right away. Probably was done within 45 mins. I would use the service again. The price I didn’t love $416 for a single spring replacement but what you going to do?

Precision door came quickly when I called about a faulty keypad garage opener on my garage. Precision had installed it a year ago. Since it was still under warranty, technician replaced keypad. Great technician. Great service.

I have a Guardian garage door opener but the outside remote quit working. I ordered a universal remote that supposedly was compatible but upon receipt, we couldn't get it to work. I Googled for a nearby and experienced garage door service company and decided to ask for help from Precision Door. I called on Friday and they were here, on time, on Monday as promised. The technician was professional, friendly and, most importantly, helpful with his advice. He assessed the situation and made recommendations for us to find the remote device we needed. He also offered to return once we got the replacement remote if we needed his help. And, get this....he didn't charge us!!! Getting that kind of courtesy from a service company is unheard of. Consequently, I will be sure to remember their name and share it with anyone I come across who needs the help they can provide. I'm very satisfied with this interaction.

Ala Woody Hayes - I give 5 stars because I couldn't give 6. Thom came early, took time and spoke with my home warranty folks, and installed a new opener for me faster than the time estimate he gave. He's also a fellow musician, so give him some time off so he can practice and get on stage with me. He's a credit to your organization, and you guys are awesome! Highly recommend!!

Once again Precision Door saves the day! Trevor came out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain my options as well as additional preventive measures that could be taken. The work was started immediately and completed quickly and even though it was cold outside Trevor had such an amazing attitude and was so patient explaining things to me.
