I couldn’t get my garage door open when I needed to leave yesterday morning. I propped it open and when I came home, a technician from Precision was at my neighbors. I had used Precision before and was pleased with the help and job they did. I spoke to the man from Precision at my neighbor’s and he explained that I would need to make an appointment. Service was just fine. Installer was professional. However, outdoor was under warranty BUT we had to pay $650. For a replacement door. Very disappointed in the warranty! It will be doubtful if we use your company again as we feel the warranty was less than satisfactory.

Our garage door wouldn't open all the way. I got a referral from a neighbor who recently used Precision Garage Door Service, and was happy about the service. I called and got same day service in Westerville, less than 90 minutes later. Communication was terrific starting with Isabelle at dispatch, andI was provided a photo of my technician, texted that he was on his way soon, then Jake Jones called me when he was about 15 minutes away. He was very friendly with my dog, got right to work identifying the problem, presented me with pricing options, and was finished with the repair in under 90 minutes. I hope I don't have garage door problems again, but if I do, I'll call for Jake at Precision Garage Door Service.

I decided that my old opener needed replaced. Tom gave me a couple of options which included the total cost. I made my decision and Tom did a great job removing my old opener and installing my new one. He then took the time to review the operation of my new opener and answer my questions. I reached out online to schedule an appointment on a Saturday, no less! I was able to schedule same day between 12-4 pm. Dillon called me and was here at 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door and fixed it in a short time. The door works great and the price was reasonable as well!

I I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Tony appeared irritated whenever I asked questions, which made the experience uncomfortable. He attempted to sell additional items that I did not need and stated that your company provides higher-quality products. However, the product he used was not the higher quality he described. Although he said he was not charging me for the product itself, I was charged $200 for labor for what appeared to be approximately ten minutes of work to install a small bracket. I believe this charge was unreasonable given the scope of the work. Due to this experience, I will not recommend your service to my friends or family.

We were able to easily book online and got an immediate response with a window of 2 to 6 p.m. To my surprise, Brad arrived before 2. He was very courteous and thorough. I cannot speak to the pricing because we needed the job done right away so there was no time for other estimates. He did detail every cost, though, so we knew what we were paying for. The total bill was the same as the estimate and we were happy to get a seven year warranty. He finished the job in about an hour and the door now works seamlessly and without noise.
