Recommended but did not push extra repairs that made sense and added little to the major repair. Very friendly, communicative and pleasant repair person. Imani vance she is super wonder woman. She do her job just like zip zap zoom. As per her advice i also replace the old motor of garage . After fixing the spring and rollers .. i was still hearing the heavy noise of the motor which irritates me. Within 30 min i took the decision and asked for imani to fix the motor. As per time promise she fix it before the time she quote. That's why i said earlier that she is super wonder woman. Thank you imani for the great service and i will definately recommend you and precision for garage related work.

The first thing about this company that there is no fees for visiting your home.. another good reason is that there is no tax of 8 percent they asked . No labour charges they only charge for there parts.plus you are getting professional trained technician who understand work out with your budget. In my case the tech name was Imani vance she works with my discount and saved about 200$$ . I will definately use there service in near future.

Precision did a great job! They arrived during our scheduled window and gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Our technician (Imani) was excellent! Precision repaired my brother's garage door today (Troy Page) and he was pleased with the work. I had a garage door opener(operator) that needed to be reattached. The technician (Imani Vance) was professional. quick, cleaned up after her work and was great to work with. I also liked the fact that we got a year's warranty with the work. It cost $300.40. I wasn't eligible for a discount but glad that your company does offer them.

This is the second time we have asked Precision to come out to fix our garage doors. Last night we broke a spring trapping our cars. I was able to arrange an appointment for the following day, which was very easy to do, with a phone call. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that I experienced from the initial phone call Jessica was very attentive to my and had a technician scheduled to come out the same day. Imani arrived when they said she would be there she thoroughly explained what needed to be done, presented me with an estimate and only fixed what needed fixed and didn't try to sell me anything. She did an amazing job and thoroughly cleaned the area where she was working. She was was professional, courteous, and very friendly. One star because 0 stars wasn't possible. I needed my garage door spring replaced and called out Precision. Imani was my technician and she tried to convince my wife to pay $2400 for this repair. After telling her multiple times we wouldn't pay that much, the price dropped and dropped and dropped until my wife agreed to $700 which was still too high for the single spring set up she installed. This type of tactic is beyond dishonest.

The experience was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The technician, Imani, was professional, on time and very cordial. She assessed my situation and gave me an estimate on repair. Once agreed on the work, she took her hour or so to fix the problem as expected, balanced the weight of the door and lubricated all parts. The garage door is back in perfect condition. And this was in cold and windy conditions. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My hats off to Precision, you run a great company!
