The door was installed many years ago by another company. I have used your company for the second time now because the other company refused to service our area. Both times I have been 100% satisfied. Your technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. II got answers on everything that mattered and made sense. Was able to conclude there were other issues that could be repaired along with the springs. No pressure to spend additional money. Technician was pleasant and had good communication skills. One star because 0 stars wasn't possible. I needed my garage door spring replaced and called out Precision. Imani was my technician and she tried to convince my wife to pay $2400 for this repair. After telling her multiple times we wouldn't pay that much, the price dropped and dropped and dropped until my wife agreed to $700 which was still too high for the single spring set up she installed. This type of tactic is beyond dishonest.

The experience was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The technician, Imani, was professional, on time and very cordial. She assessed my situation and gave me an estimate on repair. Once agreed on the work, she took her hour or so to fix the problem as expected, balanced the weight of the door and lubricated all parts. The garage door is back in perfect condition. And this was in cold and windy conditions. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My hats off to Precision, you run a great company!

This was my second time using Precision Door. The first time we had a new door opener installed. When my door wouldn't open this time I assumed (incorrectly) it was a problem with the opener. Imani came the next day even with winter storm warnings issued. The door opener was fine but Imani found the issues quickly, explained everything, and fixed the problems for us. My garage door would not operate. I called their office and was greeted by a very professional and pleasant office personnel. She scheduled my appointment the same day and gave me a window of time that my service person would be coming. The tech called ten minutes before arriving. She listened and then went right to work. I felt sorry for her because it was about 19 degrees out. She figured out the problem and resolved the issues. She was great. I give her five stars also. I would and will recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with any garage door issues.
