Could have been an easy 5 stars as the service response and install were great except I found out afterward the price was probably double what it should have been. My spring assembly was broken, so I needed it fixed asap to be able to use the garage door. The quote was $3,040.00 and they could do it on the spot so I signed and had it done. I was curious so I did some research later that day only to find the parts were marked up 1,000 percent. A spring that sells for around $50.00 were $576.00 each. Both Lowe’s and Home Depot sell a kit with springs, pulleys, cable's rods and miscellaneous hardware for $277.00. I don’t mind paying a fair price but this seems to be a gotcha.
