I would go for a 10 star if I could. Cameron came for us. Very professional, good guy and very knowledgeable. Can't say enough about my experience. Issue was fixed very quickly for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend precision for any garage door needs

Issued fixed in less than 24 hours: Timeline (not exact, but you’ll see the point): - Monday 6PM: Garage door would only go up 6-8 inches, then stopped. - Monday 8PM: Called Precision Garage Door (PGD), automaTed lady (VERY realistic sounding by the way, almost had me fooled) was able to get an appointment for 12PM Tuesday (next day). - Tuesday 12PM: Technician (Salem) arrives on time. Immediately dives into troubleshooting the issue. - Tuesday 1230PM: Salem has identified the root cause of the problem. Begins explaining what issue is, how to repair/replace, and that he has all of the required materials to perform the task that day. - Tuesday 1PM: Service begins. - Tuesday 3PM: Service is complete. Walk through of the service that was compleTed. Payment. Hand shake. Thank you. Fixed in less than 24 hours of issue observed. Amazing. Shout out to Salem. True professional. Took time to explain and answer any questions I had.

I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs you might need. Their customer service was friendly and scheduled an immediate appointment. Zach showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He fully explained the problem and gave me options to fix the door based on my budget. Overall, Zach did a great job and thanks to him made my day more pleasant!!

Had to repair our door after backed into. The “garage door dude” did a great job fixing and upgrading worn parts that same day and the door honestly works better than it ever has. It’s like we have a brand new door now.
