Had my opener replaced. Their prices are on the high side, but they always respond quickly and do excellent work. I called in the morning & all of the work was finished the same afternoon. My service technician was great.

My service tech, M.E., was very professional, polite, and extremely helpful. I had heard from friends of mine that Precision Door was a good company. When Precision arrived they checked all the problems with my door. It was determined the loud noises were that the parts were worn out. And, the motor had finally given out from trying to raise the door. The parts were replaced and a new motor was installed. It's so good to have the door go up and down without any noises. Thank You Precision Door

I had a great experience with Joe from Precision Door Service! He was patient and took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I understood how everything worked. He even went the extra mile and nailed down a piece of wood before installing the keypad to make sure everything was secure and installed properly. Joe is very nice, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was done right. Service was fast and professional. I called at 3:50 pm and a technician arrived by 5 pm. They had my garage door fixed by 7 pm. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. I would use this company again and refer them to others. The only criticism is they use an AI bot called Hannah to schedule appointments. Not only was "Hannah" creepy, the AI bot got my address and the technician's name wrong. I had to call back and ask for a human to correct the address. This also confused the technician, who called me promptly to sort it out. The impact was minimal, however, it caused unnecessary confusion. Just pay a human. Its more efficient.

Process was easy start to finish. Jon was honest about my situation and provided the best price. My technician was also great. Showed me issues and explained the remedies. He even touched up a small stain and left paint for future knicks. The garage door is much quieter and lifts easily. Glad I shopped around.
