Matt Eberly did an awesome job! I had a spring break on one of my garage doors. The garage door opener was just a couple of years old. He replaced the whole system (minus the opener) in about an hour. Everything works as it should now. He came out last April for a different garage door. Replaced the entire system including the opener. Did a really awesome job both times!! Keep up the awesome!

Precision replaced all the hardware in July 2025. My call for maintenance was caused by the door moving very slowly and lights not coming on. The repairman was courteous and efficient. And the service was on Sunday. Excellent service.

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The product seems to be very good quality and the five year warranty is good. The tech was glad to patiently answer every question I came up with. Cons: I had the spring system and the opener system replaced. I’m confident that was appropriate. However, your prices are at the top of the scale for our area. I had done my research and knew that about the pricing before I approved the job. The great performance of the tech prompted me to approve the job even though I knew the price was at the high end of the scale.
