He did a great job walking me through the issue, helping me understand my options with a detailed estimate, completed the work quickly and efficiently and walked me though the set up of the new garage opener at the end! On Dec. 19 Bradley Bryant came out to help us with an on-going issue we have been having the garage door keypad. The last rep. wasn't very helpful and this keypad was causing major problems for my family. Bradley showed up and I explained what the problem was and he went right to work and solve the problem in a matter of minutes. Our family can't thank Precision and Bradley enough for finally taking care of this issue for us. If Precision continues to have employees like Bradley, I will always recommend Precision as the garage doors of 1st choice to anyone. I actually recommended Precision already to my neighbor who was having garage door issues.

The day started off on the wrong foot. Springs broke so the door could not be opened. Called and a technician was there before I got off the phone explaining to my job I was going to have to work from home. James Damron handled everything from start to finish. Just needed to brief me on the estimate, and got to work. I did not know when he was done and tested it a few times. The new LiftMaster garage door opener is whisper quiet and opens the door 3X faster. I could have went to work when he was done, but decided to stay home and program my new toy. Very happy with everything.

Wow what great service. My Precision Door technician showed up right on time, explained everything he was going to do, and got to work fast. My new springs and cables were replaced in no time. Pricing is exploitative. Representative played dumb that he didn't know he was selling me a $400 garage door opener for $1400. Also tried to sell me extra opener remotes for 10x the off the shelf price. He told me it was a 3 hour install job and he was done in 45 minutes. This business is a classic example of the Enshittification of everything these days. I'm guessing Precision Garage Door has sold out to some private equity group, and they are now squeezing every penny possible of the customer base. Praying for the comeback of local businesses that don't need an iPad to provide you basic services.

We have used Precision for years and they never fail to impress us. Tim was no exception. Our garage door spring broke early Sunday morning on the coldest day of the season. We called Precision not knowing if it were even possible to get someone out that day and within a couple hours ( exactly as promised) Tim arrived to fix the entire problem.
