Process was easy start to finish. Jon was honest about my situation and provided the best price. My technician was also great. Showed me issues and explained the remedies. He even touched up a small stain and left paint for future knicks. The garage door is much quieter and lifts easily. Glad I shopped around.

This is the second time we’ve used Precision Garage Door and they have been excellent both times. The technician who came today was professional. knowledgeable and laid out all of our options without any sales pressure. He repaired our garage door opener, replaced the sensors, outdoor keypad and garage door rollers. I highly recommend Precision.

Customer provided opener installed by Matt Eberly. I specifically requested Matt as my installer as he'd previously given me suggestions as how I might address a unique issue with my opener. Matt was right on time and installed my new opener in an hour. He remained while I completed my follow-up connections to assure all was in proper working order. I'd give Matt an A++ and a 10 rating. Future Precision customers would be lucky to have Matt on their project.

I have ask for a copy of the bill three times not by email but a written copy. Never received. My door is making a sound similar to why I replaced them. I called about a week after to have the one fixed. They sent Tim out who put it in and he said it was fine. It is not fine for what it cost to replace it should not make the sound. Very disappointed with their customer service.

I spent over $1000 on a new motor and I am surprised that it is not Wi-Fi enabled even though I was informed that the Genie openers all work on wi fi - and I confirmed that my Wi-Fi is 2g and reaches the garage

During a recent power outage, my garage door opener failed to work, even when connected to my backup (home) generator. I called Precision to check out the issue since I'd used them some years earlier when I had backed into my garage door and knocked it off track. This time, the problem was far more extensive as the entire system was broken (it was probably close to 20 years old or more). The guys who came did an excellent job of getting a new system in place, and also reinforced (braced) my garage door, which had become a bit bowed because of that earler mishap and was putting added stress on the motor. They very carefully explained everything they did and why, and showed me how it operated. It was a clean, efficient and friendly operation that told me I'd made the right choice in hiring Precision. Two times now, they've come through with flying colors, so I won't hesitate to call again if necessary.

Precision door sent out a repair man on the same day, on a weekend, without charging me extra. He arrived when he said he would and called to let me know he wad on his way. He was very easy to work with and found some more repairs that needed to be done that I hadn’t known about and made sure the whole door and opener were serviced and safe. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and professional. I called at 3:50 pm and a technician arrived by 5 pm. They had my garage door fixed by 7 pm. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. I would use this company again and refer them to others. The only criticism is they use an AI bot called Hannah to schedule appointments. Not only was "Hannah" creepy, the AI bot got my address and the technician's name wrong. I had to call back and ask for a human to correct the address. This also confused the technician, who called me promptly to sort it out. The impact was minimal, however, it caused unnecessary confusion. Just pay a human. Its more efficient.
