David was outstanding. My garage door sensors decided to stop working just as I was leaving for an appointment. He called to let me know he would arrive within 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem sensors quickly and did a quick overall check of the garage door. Great service and install. My main problem is with pricing. The price is quite high and all components seem to have labor and warranty built into the price. Additionally, the installer was not very transparent about this and either didn't know or was trying to hide it. A quick Google of these actual part prices show they were charging more than 5x the actual cost of the part. I know you're running a business and I certainly expect some mark-up, but that seems excessive. I would have preferred a more itemized price breakdown where the labor and warranty dollar amounts are clear. That being said they did use quality components and the warranty is nice to have.
