Mike McClellan was great. He gave me multiple options for a long term more expensive fix to my problem or a less expensive shorter term solution. I really appreciate that. He did not try to "upsell" which is a pet peeve of mine which many companies do and one that will not make me a repeat customer. I recently had a plumbing company come out unclog a toilet and they tried to sell me brand new toilets rather than fix the issue. I will never use them again. With that said great same day service. The person I spoke to on the phone was great as well. I will use you in the future for any garage door repairs and will promote you to my friends. I wrote a nice Google review as well which I rarely do.

Precision repair person arrived when expected. He was able to determine what was wrong with my garage door. Repair was completed immediately. He offered me two different repair options. I offered him a coupon I had been saving for Precision. He discovered that my senior citizen discount offered me a larger savings.

The spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday. I called Precision to get on their schedule, asap assuming it would be days if not weeks before we could coordinate a repair. Turned out Matt was able to come out right away and just like that….all was fixed. Ended up doing some very overdo maintenance and fixes. Matt was professional and efficient. I will refer anyone who asks. Thank you!

I had new Garage door opener installed by Technician Josh on 10/25/24 at my house. Although the initial estimate was really high, Josh worked with me to bring down the price very much almost to one third of the initial estimate with the promotions. He installed the garage door opener very fast and cleaned the work area and answered all my questions and was on time for the appointment. Very professional. Top technician.

We have been doing business with this company since last year, when they installed a new door opener. Yesterday the door was not staying up after being opened and then ended up going down all on its own. Then it worked fine a couple times. The next morning the door would not go up. I called the office and they sent someone out -- Derek -- right away. He detailed the issues very clearly and we made an agreement about what to fix. He spent the afternoon on this old garage door installing replacement parts that had probably never been changed for decades. He was very polite and efficient. Everything is working now! Many things were replaced, not just the springs, but I'm only able to select one service.

The technicians are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure you for product and services. Their customer service is top notch. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Danny Quinn. He called me on Saturday morning to let me know he was 30 minutes away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to diagnose our door's problem super quickly. He made it easy to understand what the issue was, and then clearly laid out my options for repair, as well as payment options. After picking the right product, he was able to install the new parts and clean up the area completely in what felt like a very short time. Once he was finished with the install, he walked me through what he'd done, and also taught me where/when I should do upkeep maintenance. Danny is a champ, what a pleasant experience!
