Our garage door broke down early morning on a Sunday. One of the door cables had broken and the door was angled and frozen in place. I have used Precision before and contacted them to get service on the door. The customer service attendant was very pleasant and efficient in understanding my issue. She got a technician dispatched and had the tech out to my home within two hours of my call on a Sunday. The tech analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, and had my door fixed in 90 minutes.
