Frustrated, while I agreed with the cost of having my door repaired, I find the cost to be outragous for the 30 minutes worth of work that was required for the problem. I paid the $500 to have the cables and springs released and put back on. No parts were required no repairs were technically required, only tools and skill, and I get that his skill comes at a price, but $500 was excessive, I asked if that was the best they could do and he said that was the best. Granted I created the mess, I feel as though I was quoted an outragous price that didn't seem fair, but what do you do other than trust the company that comes out when you don't have the tools to fix the issue. The technician that came out was very polite and professional, but after the fact I feel as though I was taken advantage of because they knew I couldn't fix the problem myself. If the company feels this price is okay for 30 minutes of work then I have to live with that, skill comes at a price, I get that but $500 is a bit over the top.

Tim Tomlinson was my technician and did a great job inspecting and explaining what was needed. He also explained how the door original sprin installation was done incorrectly which was why I was never able to manually open it. The springs are now properly installed and I can now open the door manually if I want. If I need any future garage door service, I will be calling Precision Door Service.

I’m so grateful that we called Precision. We originally called another competitor and we were told we would need a new door as the damage was not fixable. I called expecting to leave a message but the call was answered at 10pm and they came out the next day! Anthony with Precision came out and saved us thousands! He was able to repairs the damage and replace a few parts and our garage is good as new!!! Precision has earned our business and well as our friends and family who may need garage services! They are the best!!

I chose your company due to a flyer I received in the mail and your website. I kept them in mind until I actually needed your service. I was given an appointment for the following day and your technician, Tom, arrived on time. He was very courteous and helpful in diagnosing the problem and was able to install a new device the same day. He was very professional and likeable. My garage door would not operate. I called their office and was greeted by a very professional and pleasant office personnel. She scheduled my appointment the same day and gave me a window of time that my service person would be coming. The tech called ten minutes before arriving. She listened and then went right to work. I felt sorry for her because it was about 19 degrees out. She figured out the problem and resolved the issues. She was great. I give her five stars also. I would and will recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with any garage door issues.

Walker was awesome! He came out the morning after I requested the service and worked a half day in the cold without complaint. I appreciate that he took the time to share all of the price points with me, giving me the opportunity to choose what to fix now and what could wait. He was thorough, honest and skilled. Although it's never good news to have a home repair around the holidays, Precision made this experience well worth the expense!

I had a couple of other quotes with comparable pricing but what brought them to the top of the list? Their response time is second-to-none. Especially considering it was same-day! And they provided an accurate window for my appointment I called at 8:00am and they arrived within a couple of hours! Our installer, Jacob, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. Garage door was installed by Precision so I have always called them when necessary. They where able to schedule service on the same day I called. Technician Dylan Farrington did a great job informing me of cost and what needed to be done in order to fix the door so I could open it. He replaced the spring and parts so now it works great. I’ve used this company in the past at a different house. I got prompt service from an extremely polite tech. He came on time informed me of what needed done. Explain the cost and said which of the items needed done right then and that there were two that could wait iuntil later if I couldn’t do it all at once. We agreed to do all the changes at one time. Called them out for a repair, during the diagnostic process the opener was damaged . The opener was working when they showed up so they made it right and installed a brand new opener free of charge no questions asked . You can not put a price on integrity!
