Service was just fine. Installer was professional. However, outdoor was under warranty BUT we had to pay $650. For a replacement door. Very disappointed in the warranty! It will be doubtful if we use your company again as we feel the warranty was less than satisfactory.

Our garage door wouldn't open all the way. I got a referral from a neighbor who recently used Precision Garage Door Service, and was happy about the service. I called and got same day service in Westerville, less than 90 minutes later. Communication was terrific starting with Isabelle at dispatch, andI was provided a photo of my technician, texted that he was on his way soon, then Jake Jones called me when he was about 15 minutes away. He was very friendly with my dog, got right to work identifying the problem, presented me with pricing options, and was finished with the repair in under 90 minutes. I hope I don't have garage door problems again, but if I do, I'll call for Jake at Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision did a great job! They allowed me to look at colors of doors in their warehouse so I was sure the color was going to match. Bought a garage door "kit" from one of the big box stores, but the main shaft was a two piece job was absolute junk. The main spring was under powered for the job along with the cables and drums. Been much better to have Precision do the install than do it myself. The so called spring kit lasted less than 6 months. I had them replace the total upper end less the opener. The door tech Malachi was a pro and friendly. No worries with this company or this tech, request Malachi and you wont be disappointed!

It's the nature of the beast. First, I had no immediate need for your services. I recently bought my condo and noticed squeaking from the garage door opener. I was wanting to be proactive and contacted your firm, and was thinking to set up a maintenance plan. When your company man came on the same day I called, that was fine. He was a good guy and indicated that the equipment was probably original, which is about 35 years old. I realized it's time to get new parts as needed and he came up with a quote of just over $2,000. It was sticker shock, yet I agreed to the price, though had no clue what needed to be done and the cost of each item. He was there for 3 hours, and itemized everything out, and I paid the bill. At the same time I don't know what exactly the replacement parts are, and don't know if I got a good deal or got taken to the cleaners. It would be good if someone would come out and go over the work done and match up the new parts, and verify the pricing. It's the first time I have ever dealt with a garage door issue, and I should have done some homework before contacting a garage repair firm.

Jake came out on the evening of 3-13 to look at the garage door. He gave us a price on getting the old door open that evening. After speaking to the office he gave us a price on a new door and install for the next morning. We choose this option. Jake was very professional and pleasant. We appreciated that he was able to come that evening and was able to offer solutions that could be preformed that quickly. Lake came the next morning. He too was very professional and pleasant. He took out the old door and installed the new one very fast. He explained everything he did, left us a can of spray for the door, told us to call the office if we have any questions at all. I also spoke to 2 people from your company on the phone before making the first appointment. Both were very nice and helpful. To us this is what customer service should be.
