Because you are a real professional! You allow installment payments and checks. Very few companies do that anymore. I just wish new motors the least expensive was still alot of money for me since I only work part-time now. Unfortunately, that seems to be how everything is these past few years. You also came the same day I called. Which was great. The techs are super friendly informative and respectful.

Carlos contacted me prior to coming to my house- excellent! When he arrived, he asked me to explain what was going on, and after letting him know what the issue was, he knew exactly what happened and got to work. After about 20 minutes of servicing the door and keypad he explained what happened. A VERY professional knowledge person. I would recommend Precision to ANYONE

Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I called this morning and we had a technician come to service our garage door a few hours later. There was an issue with the remote and wall mount and the door would not operate. It just clicked but never opened or closed. Technician arrived on time and the problem was identified and fixed. Technician explained the issue and explained the cost.

James reprogrammed our garage door opener. Other company told us that we need to replace the unit. We were charged $69 by Precision to reprogram, while other company was asking $1,200 to replace the opener (Which was not needed).

Great service! I was having an intermittent issue with my opener and called your team out to look at and possibly repair. After experiencing the problem and spending 30 minutes troubleshooting, it was determined my head unit was bad and no service or repair could correct the discontinued model. I was not pressured to buy new from them and was not charged for the visit. I appreciated and value their input!
