After doing some research, I felt good going with your cmpany, especially since you where willing to give me a quote over the phone. Jessica found a promotion for me right over the phone, she was totally awesome! Superstar she was. Then came Mike, your technician who after installing the same size springs that use to be on there and realizing that my door was actually too heavy for them, and instead of just not saying anyting and leaving, he removed them and installed the correct, stronger springs, and kept the same quote. After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. All around a great job by this team.

This is the second time I’ve used them, first to replace the mechanism to belt driven- so much quieter and this time due to floor not level and had a gap that mice - moles and snow and water would come in so he put all new buttom piece on . So much better .
