Same day service-my garage door would not open. My technician Muhammad Islam performed a review of my garage door and made recommendations to correct the issues. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The job was completed in a timely manner. Muhammad went over everything he had done and explained the changes that were made to my system. My sister has used Precision in the past so the company came highly recommended. Same day service is the best!

I was scheduled the same day I called. I had a problem with a door opener Precision had installed last summer. The technician arrived on time and fixed the sensor that had been slightly bent. He also checked and oiled the chain. I needed an extra opener which he had on his truck. He was polite and professional, and finished up quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone.

We are so grateful to Sarah and Dimitri from Precision Door. First Sarah contacted us when she heard about the damage to our door. She met our schedule and met with us at a convenient time for us. She helped us pick the product we needed and scheduled the work the very next morning. Dimitri, called, arrived on time and worked diligently in the cold to get the door done efficiently and expertly. My Mother is elderly and everyone was kind and patient with her, explaining the process and working in times that suited her schedule. We will always recommend Precision Door!

Had the spring on my garage door break Saturday night at 7pm. Called Sunday morning at 10am and someone was there at Noon on Sunday to replace the broken spring, lube the wheels, and adjust the closure distance. Technician was very good and had everything wrapped up in an hour.

A year ago, I hired Precision Garage Door of Columbus to install a new garage door and opener. From the start, their team was professional, friendly, and efficient. The installation was seamless, and everything worked perfectly over the past year. Recently, I noticed a new noise when opening and closing the garage door. I called Precision Garage Door, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for the same day. Joshua arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, and quickly identified the issue. He replaced the track for our belt at no cost, thanks to their excellent warranty policy. The experience reaffirmed why I chose Precision Garage Door in the first place. They truly stand by their work, have a friendly and knowledgeable team, and communicate effectively throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door services. Precision was able to respond to our door failure within 2 hours in subzero weather. Their tech Danny was polite, personable, and a good communicator. The operator replacement/upgrade and door repair only took 2 1/2 hours and cleanup was excellent. We gladly recommend this company as they met our needs in a very professional manner.

Andrew called about 15 min before arrival and was so pleasant to meet. He explained what he was going to do before looking to see what the issue was with my door. Fortunately it was nothing major BUT explained what the issue was and what to do if it could occur again (weather related) as well as suggested maintenance tips to keep my door/opener running smoothly. With plans to replace the door in the spring/summer I will definitely call Precision Door bc the ease in booking my appointment, timely response and customer service was excellent!
