Mr. Bryant did a quick and thorough job resetting and lubricating my garage door, which had become hung, misaligned, and unbalanced. They arrived within the hour, and the entire repair took only about 45 minutes. He put a cable back on the pulley, lubricated all the moving parts, reset a frozen and aging spring, and properly re-seated all the rollers. He also took the time to show me how to reprogram the remote, which I appreciated. What stood out most was that he clearly explained what caused the problem, pointed out areas where future issues might arise due to age and wear, and suggested practical solutions going forward. He was professional, straightforward, and did not try to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The cost was very reasonable at $360, and they even offered a teacher discount. Fast response, knowledgeable service, and honest work. I would absolutely use them again.

Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

We have used Precision Garage Door several times. Each time they have come out on the same day we requested the service and quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. We have been very satisfied with the service and prices. Today we called them because our garage door was coming down but it would immediately go back up after hitting the ground. We have used only Precision Garage Door for all our garage door repairs. We've used them for at least 3-4 times in the last few years. Their technicians are the very best. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They have always fixed our problems and they certainly know what they are doing. I feel their pricing is very fair and well worth it. They come almost immediately to fix our problems. We will use no one else but them. We have used them for spring replacement and also many repairs concerning the garage door and opener.

We have a Precision’s Door instal our unit a few years age. Today I called in very cold weather when I could get my door to stay shut with the remote. I appreciated the quick response and the friendly service tech. He adjusted my door in a few minutes and left with no charge. I would recommend Precision Door if you need a new system. They are response to your needs.

We were able to easily book online and got an immediate response with a window of 2 to 6 p.m. To my surprise, Brad arrived before 2. He was very courteous and thorough. I cannot speak to the pricing because we needed the job done right away so there was no time for other estimates. He did detail every cost, though, so we knew what we were paying for. The total bill was the same as the estimate and we were happy to get a seven year warranty. He finished the job in about an hour and the door now works seamlessly and without noise.
