Garage door locks great and is super quiet with getting a shaft motor. The young man that came out and did it himself was very respectful and polite. He informed us properly and Cleaned up everything. Could not ask for anything better.

Everyone was super friendly! I had called to get an estimated cost. I spoke to an actual person. She was so nice and answered all my question. The guy who came out to fix my door was super kind and helped me. He explained everything that was wrong with it in a way I could understand. He gave me advice and was just an all around good dude. I’ll definitely be using them again when I’m ready to upgrade my current system.

The person showed up on time after calling me and letting me know when they would be arriving. He carefully explained what I was to expect and asked me if I had any concerns or questions. He then took my questions and concerns under advisement. He came back with findings, recommendations and prices. We then discussed current garage door conditions and possible scenarios for future. We talked about what we would like to do next. He proceeded and cleaned up when finished. We went through the operation of the garage door to my satisfaction. I would and will invite Precision back for any of garage door concerns. They’re professional and friendly.
