Your technician, Muhammad Islam came to my home on 11/5 to assist with my malfunctioning garage door opener. He was very friendly, engaging and thorough in his explanation of what the problem was with the door mechanism. He replaced it in a timely fashion and it's working beautifully. Appreciated the prompt service. I couldn’t get the door up so I couldn’t get the car or the dog out. I am 85 and I can’t reach the rope to pull the door open. The spring was broken. Your representative, Joe, was very kind. My only concern was the cost. Even with the discount it was still a lot for a senior living on Social Security. I didn’t have time to shop around so I don’t know how your price compared.

Thomas Timmons came to my house and looked at my garage door. I knew that the spring had broken and also that the door was bent. He gave me two estimates. The first estimate was to replace the old door. The second estimate was to install a new door. Mr. Timmons was very professional and kind. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to others. My initial call for repair was very good. I did not have to jump though a lot of hoops to talk with someone. They were exceptionally nice and scheduled my appointment for the very next morning. Tom, the service associate, was right on time, very nice and explained everything about the door and what needed repaired. I asked him to check the entire door (which he said he was going to do as part of the service). This is the original door when the house was built (17 years) and he once again explained and showed me what normally wears out and needs lubricated. We agreed on some additional repairs, and he had everything on the truck. I was very impressed. Thanks

Precision fixed our door a few years back and was wonderful and asked and explained everything before doing it to make sure it was okay. Today they had to come out to fix our door bc it came off the track and one of the springs broke. It was fixed within minutes and they were still under warranty and no questions asked. We will continue to us them with future repairs.

As it turned out, my 26 year garage door opener only had a hiccup and the technician was able to do a reset and had it operating in minutes. There was no charge for this, how nice! I had him give me estimates for new equipment and I will have Precision install it when my old opener fails again. This is a fine company.

Hello, I called Precision Door because you have helped me in the past, as well as my sister who lives across town. Both of us were impressed with your service technitions because they were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. Since my home is 20 years old, I did not want to put more money into fixing something that old with out-of-date technology. Tim went right to work and upgraded the system. Everyone I worked with to purchase a new garage door and opener and a complete total new system with controls installed did an outstanding job. All of the old garage door and system parts were hauled away. On October 25, 2024 Alana Moran met with me and gave me a quote for the cost of the new garage door and opener, and eligible discounts in the cost to perform the installations. Alex Eliopoulos installed the garage door and opener on November 1, 2024 in about 3 1/2 hours, and cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Congratulations to Alana and Alex for the great job they did representing Precision Garage Door Service of Columbus in a courteous and professional way.

I saw your ad on channel 28 this morning and it reminded me that I need to have someone come Service my garage door. I called this morning and they came out today. Tom gave me a quotation on what he felt needed to be done with it as well as a second quote for lesser service. I chose the top one and he did an excellent job today.
