Issued fixed in less than 24 hours: Timeline (not exact, but you’ll see the point): - Monday 6PM: Garage door would only go up 6-8 inches, then stopped. - Monday 8PM: Called Precision Garage Door (PGD), automaTed lady (VERY realistic sounding by the way, almost had me fooled) was able to get an appointment for 12PM Tuesday (next day). - Tuesday 12PM: Technician (Salem) arrives on time. Immediately dives into troubleshooting the issue. - Tuesday 1230PM: Salem has identified the root cause of the problem. Begins explaining what issue is, how to repair/replace, and that he has all of the required materials to perform the task that day. - Tuesday 1PM: Service begins. - Tuesday 3PM: Service is complete. Walk through of the service that was compleTed. Payment. Hand shake. Thank you. Fixed in less than 24 hours of issue observed. Amazing. Shout out to Salem. True professional. Took time to explain and answer any questions I had.

Had a very disappointing experience with Precision Garage Door regarding their pricing. Their quote was roughly four times higher than other local competitors for the exact same job, with extreme markups on individual parts. While the customer service team was polite, the pricing structure is unreasonable compared to industry standards. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before committing.

The entire process from first contact, through scheduling, to completion of installation was very smooth and efficient. Megan kept communication going from the time she surveyed the work and provided a brochure until the work was scheduled. Joe, the installer, was the quintessential professional and he completed installation of both our garage doors in less than 4 hours. He was also very engaging when I had conversations with him while he worked. He is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Overall, my impression is that Precision Garage Door Service is an excellent choice for garage door installation. They know their stuff and have a great team!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with JC! He was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. He was able to replace our opener with one correctly sized for our needs the same day. Scheduling was easy and the service was excellent. Wish we had started with Precision; will absolutely use them again and recommend to others!
