Cheyney was very courteous, polite, respectful, and professional. He offered to see if he could repair my garage door opener first. So he opened the motor to inspect it. Unfortunately, when I was lubricating the chain on my old one, a drop of oil/lubricant dropped onto the motor and fried the motherboard and capacitor. It was from 97 and had a good life and it was time to replace it. So Cheyney installed the new one, walked me through how it works thoroughly and asked if I had any questions before he left. He did an EXCELLENT job and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and will use them again in the future if I need them. Thanks Cheyney!!

I chose precision because this was the fourth time that I’ve called them in the last few months. My garage door has had many problems. It’s 95 years old. Anyway, the guy came really fast. He was very apologetic. He fixed it. He made sure everything else was working well and he left ..Again very polite apologizing for having to come out again.

Called late AM for a "Check-UP" on my garage door system so not an urgent call by any means. Shocked to hear they could come out same day. Derick arrived and did not identify any urgent issues as all was working at this time and stated there was no charge. He did however identify some items where wear and tear were progressing and noted the springs were too small for the weight of my door. After a very good educational discussion, I told him I like to operate in prevention mode rather than in problem mode. He gave me a quote and again was shocked to hear that he had everything on his truck and could complete all items discussed during this visit. WOW - Glad I called Precision.

Great service! I was having an intermittent issue with my opener and called your team out to look at and possibly repair. After experiencing the problem and spending 30 minutes troubleshooting, it was determined my head unit was bad and no service or repair could correct the discontinued model. I was not pressured to buy new from them and was not charged for the visit. I appreciated and value their input!

I will only deal with Precision Garage Door. I just purchased a new garage door and with the help of Alana found just what I wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable, gave me 3 options and helped me pick the best one for me. She was very kind an my new friend. Before purchasing my new door I had 1 other service call on my old door and it was fixed right away and the guys were very professional and courteous. I also had a service call at my parents house who had just passed away and the guys were so nice to me and got me fixed right up. I can't say enough about good things about this company. Our tec was amazing. Diagnosed issue( motor ) was fried from lightning surge. Educated about the correct light bulb ( not led) on the opener . This caused connection issues with our car openers! Who new!! Great job ! Would recommend to all! Dan Jones

Because you are a real professional! You allow installment payments and checks. Very few companies do that anymore. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Columbus. Pat from Precision was fantastic! Our garage door opener broke on Friday, we made an appointment for Sunday morning, and Pat was there on time (with text and call in advance). He quickly diagnosed the issue (broken springs, other parts worn), gave us a range of options to replace the broken and worn parts. He then fixed it right away. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, and the garage door opens like new. About $2300 for parts and labor, but everything works and was prompt.
