Carlos was the Precision Garage Door - Service Representative - who helped resolve the issue when my garage door opener would not open, and I could not travel to an appointment, because my car was in the garage. I tried several methods, but no success. Carlos showed up. His Customer Care Skills were THE BEST! He was empathetic. .He was skillful in his diagnosis of the issue - the garage door was frozen to an ice-form in my driveway. He resolved the situation...and...he conducted a Maintenance check of the garage door opener devise. I Give Carlos the Highest Rating.

We have used Precision a couple other times. The service is 5 stars. This last time I had a broken spring on a Saturday morning. I called-the woman who set the appointment was very friendly and helpful, the technician, Trevor was very nice and knowledgeable. Couldn’t open my garage door. They came within 3 hrs of my call. Derek was pleasant, diagnosed the problem and installed a new motor for my door. He even put some salt on the driveway because of the ice. I would certainly recommend them.

Zach (awesome guy) my technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out (on time) the same day I called for service. He took the time to explain (I was shown the damage parts of my garage door and the good replacement parts) the repairs in layman's terms with pricing (this included labor and tax). Pricing is very very reasonable with same day service. He even provided me a garage door check up list (parts that has failed, parts that still have some life left in them, and upgraded parts). This tool gives me the confidence to make the right decision for me and my budget. Thanks a bunch! You guys rock!

This is the second time we have asked Precision to come out to fix our garage doors. Last night we broke a spring trapping our cars. I was able to arrange an appointment for the following day, which was very easy to do, with a phone call. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, presented the pricing ahead of time and fixed the issue in a very timely manner leaving no mess. Having trouble with my garage door opener. Called Precision and they gave me an appointment the following day. Their tech Tom came out and we reviewed my problem. I decided that my old opener needed replaced. Tom gave me a couple of options which included the total cost. I made my decision and Tom did a great job removing my old opener and installing my new one. He then took the time to review the operation of my new opener and answer my questions. Great job by your entire organization.

I don't usually write reviews be they're good or bad. But I had to respond to the service I received today. I thought I was looking at a new chain or a spring replacement but after I explained to David, your service tech the problem he simply went to the opener and made the needed adjustments. I started to pull out my card for payment and he said it wouldn't be any charge. I told him how much I appreciated him coming out because I thought it's rarely to get this type of customer service today. You have a future customer. Bobbie W.

I chose Precision because I had a positive experience back in 2015 and they didn’t disappoint in 2026. David Morgan came out today and exceeded every expectation I think a customer could possibly have. I am very happy with the timely response, his knowledge, and how personable he was. He made sure all of my questions were answered and completed the job a lot faster than I had imagined.
