Excellent customer service and communication!! We actually had another company slated to come over yesterday for garage repairs…. Unfortunately, that company never came as they decided to take it upon themselves to change the service time without asking us or telling us. Ultimately we told them to not bother in coming over as we were already dissatisfied with their lackluster service… I then found this company on a quick Google search with 5 stars. Kortney (our technician) came the next day, told us exactly what was wrong, quoted a fair price of a new unit (we ultimately wanted a new one anyways), and actually installed the new unit the same day!! He is very efficient and extremely professional. Explained everything to us and programmed everything prior to leaving. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!

Chris installed a new opener a couple years ago so we called him recently to fix a broken spring. Chris was here the next day. Gave us a solid recommendation on the appropriate spring for our door and the installation was quick. He checked everything on the door to make sure it was working well. Price was reasonable and Chris always does great work. Never feels like we’re being pressured or sold something we don’t need.

My garage door spring broke and the company that previously installed it had gone out of business so I called Precision and they sent someone out the next day who not only gave an estimate, he was able to get the job done on the spot calling into the warehouse for the extra parts he needed. The technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, talked me through the entire process and was patient as we weighed our options re the fix. The seven years warranty and their ability to do it immediately was what sold me on them vs another company. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff of Precision did a wonderful job! They were at my place within 16 hours of my contacting them to assess damage and give an estimate. 24 hrs later my door was repaired and I could relax. That’s their staff, their AI sucks! It got my name wrong (though I spelled it). It got my address wrong (spelled that too). And screwed up my email. Had it not been for a real person from there reaching out, I could have still been without an operating garage door. The 5 star here is for staff — their AI gets a -10 stars.

He was very personable, and his knowledge was off the charts. He analyzed the situation and discovered we need a door opener replacement. We were given two options to choose from and we picked one, and it’s done. The opener is high quality and technology savvy. Before leaving, Braxton made sure everything was setup and explained functionality. We made a great choice and I’m glad that Braxton made sure we were back to normal. He had a super positive attitude and gave me several updates when things changed. Upon completion he took the time to show me and talk about everything that he did.
