Joe arrived today ahead of schedule (after checking with me) which I was grateful for, and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me 2-3 different options and I chose the one that worked best for me. I appreciated his candor and honesty regarding the repair. I used to be with another company where the owner retired and sold it to Don’s and although I have tried them once, I was not nearly as impressed with them as I am with Precision. So this morning I discovered a spring had broken on my garage door and was definitely going to need replaced. After a quick on line search I selected Precision based on the many positive reviews. I elected to call rather than do an on line booking as it allows you to begin your assessment of customer service right away. I must say that everything from my initial conversation to the completion of the repair was both courteous, professional and certainly exceeded my expectations based on today’s level of service. The technician was outstanding and provided me with several options from just replacing the broken spring to replacing some of the other 22 year old parts. There was no pressure to fix anything other than the broken spring and I could have opted for any or all the recommended parts. The whole process was so professional I decided to replace all the recommended parts on the door as well replace all the load bearing parts on my second garage door. I received excellent service from start to finish and would definitely recommend Precision to a friend.

Precision technician David Morgan arrived promptly. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and he clearly explained everything to me. The Technician, Tom Palmer was very helpful. We called, thinking we needed a new battery. He thoroughly inspected everything. He noticed that the springs were worn and needed to be replaced. Also, he noticed the wood holding up the bracket (Spring Pad Lumber) was cracked. He also replaced the weather seal on the bottom of the door. He was able to take care of everything within a couple of hours.

Sarah was excellent from start to finish. She was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. She walked me through every detail of the door, including specifications like the steel gauge and thickness, and explained the differences between the two options she quoted. They corrected our old door after we had new concrete poured and the door now closes perfectly and seals at the bottom. The battery needed to be replaced (gave of a buzz every 2 minutes) and they came out the same day and there was no charge ( we are still under warranty).

Precision was able to have someone out the same day and Joe Worley came out to lubricate the belt mechanism and adjust one of the cable alignment areas.
