We had Precision out here about 5 years ago and they did significant work and got our garage door working well. But we have being having issues with the door closing for the past month or so and had them out again. It just so happens it was the same person from 5 years ago - Tim. That says a lot, knowing that the same person is still with Precision. Tim was great and it only took him about 1-2 minutes to fix the problem and there was no charge. Precision has come out quickly each time and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to others.

Spring broke Saturday night so my car was stuck in the garage! Made an appointment online for the following morning. Trevor D. was awesome! He arrived, explained the process then got to work inspecting the door to see what caused the issue (old spring). He explained everything and pointed out the problem, what was still good, what could use replacing soon, etc. He even took the time to assess the other garage door and advised what would potentially need replacing soon. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door and they did a great job. They scheduled and completed my job the same day even though it was Saturday and my installer (James) did a thorough and quality job. He replaced the springs, rollers, and two brackets with bearings. He explained each component and showed me how they were worn and needed replacing. I feel very confident in the work he performed.

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! He was very polite, helpful and quick - and with a smile. I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if I need them.

I am very happy with the service provided by your technician David Morgan, he was very pleasant and did a great job. But the pricing of the product by your company is outrageous ! for a motor which sells on line around 150.00 dollars , i was charged and paid 1029.00 dollars. To me this is very unprofessional and not good for the reputation of your company . David was nice enough to call on my behalf to see if we can ger a reduction in price and the answer was No. Obviously I would not recommend your company to any one and not use you again in future ! a big Thank you to David for his good work .
