Professional... Friendly... Good quality; unfortunately I didn't like the price for just fixing the one side garage door cable and adjusting it without replacing it .... I think it was a lot, especially after the operator stated that it won't be an emergency service charges. I really liked this company, they are the one who installed my garage door couple years ago.

I was very pleased with the work completed. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have an older home with a heavy wood garage door. He offered a solution that would help balance the door better so it is easier to open manually if I ever need to do so. The garage door opener (which is also old) seems to run better as well. I would use Precision again for fuure garage door needs. Thank you!

They have been to my home 2 times within the last 4 months it has cost me over 4k. Warranties right! They find and sell you things that do not need fixed. They scam and you feel stuck to fix! Would not recommend.

Tim Tomlinson Jr. did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done to update needed items to ensure our garage door continues to operate properly. He then did a fine job replacing the needed parts. When finished, he took his time to show me what he did.
