He prepared a list of all items then customized it to meet what I wanted to pay and do. He was professional and polite not pressuring me to even buy anything. The best part he was able to do the repairs that night on my sixty year old door. I now opens and closes like it did when I bought the house twenty-five years ago.

Absolutely fantastic service! Decided to use this company after many positive reviews from our neighbors. It was so easy to schedule next day service online- website is very user friendly. Technician called en route and gave accurate arrival time. Technicians Derek and Will were very polite and professional. They explained to us exactly what issues needed to be addressed and what they needed to do. The best part is, all the tools and parts they needed were already on their truck. In less than 3 hours, all work was finished. Before leaving, Derek and Will cleaned up all tools, the old garage parts they replaced and swept out our garage. We will use Precision again if we have any more needs and will recommend to anyone who asks!
