Excellent customer service, techs howed up earlier than expected. Great techs, unfortunately Precision didnt have replacement belt for my Guardian garage door, thankfully. I declined to have a complete opener system installed, couldnt afford to spend $6-8,000. My "qoute for everything that should be replaced" was $3800. I opted for: $1328.00 so I could open the door manually until I could figure something out myself. Todat I priced out the parts online and was suprised of actual cost of the parts. 2 roller springs (lowest $57 - highest ($219) = $440 2 nylon bottom rollers ($8.21 each) = $17 2 flanged end bearings ($3.83 each) = $8 1 pair cable drums (lowest $16 - $33) = $66 Does this add up to $1348.00 Parts priced out at $531, I paid $800+ 1.5 labor / install. Not a bad gig. I woulndt recommend Precision to anyone I know. I should have called other for qoutes. BTW I found a OEM belt for $43 at NSCD, $143 Amazon. I can easily install that. Bob Pennington

Our garage opener broke, wouldn't go up and we were perplexed. My husband couldn't figure it out. So we contacted Precision as they had installed our garage DOOR. It was so easy to get a service appt. on line, the very next day! Danny came out and looked over our opener and figured out what the problem was. He was so nice, respectful, polite and so professional. He knew his stuff! He showed me, and explained the issue. I was in touch with my husband. We had a fantastic experience with Precision when our garage door spring unexpectedly broke after just 5 years. I was surprised it failed so soon, but Precision responded quickly and professionally. The technician clearly explained our options and offered an upgrade to a heavy-duty spring system with a much higher cycle rating and a 7-year warranty. While the upgraded system was a bit more expensive, it was a no-brainer given the long-term reliability and peace of mind it offers. The installation was smooth, and the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

To be honest I probably would've taken the free quote and shopped it around BUT the technician Joe M. was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable and he won my confidence in him and his company. Joe replaced the Liftmaster (with belt/track) and set-up the new remote to operate the other two openers in the same garage. Precision Garage Door of Columbus just secured my future business not just for opener service but also my annual maintenance of tracks, lubricants and rollers. Thanks again Joe!

I called for repairs when my garage spring broke and was set an appointment for same day. Tech Mike M. gave me a confirmation call and showed up as stated. He came in to assess the problem and also pointed out some other issues just from normal wear and tear. He gave us a few options to choose from and made us comfortable knowing the decision was ours.
