Talk about peace of mind - Kurt from Precision Garage Door just left after completing work on our garage door. It had a very loud screech every time it opened and closed. Pretty sure our neighbors one block over knew when we left the house and when we returned. Indeed it was a form of noise pollution. LOL. Our door will no longer wake them up in the morning or interrupt their TV viewing. (apologies) Seriously though. We are so happy with the repair that was done by Kurt. He performed the work in a quiet and timely fashion, and was meticulous about clean up. He provided an estimate in advance, explained the repair in detail, and found the solution to best work within our budget. Should have called Precision sooner. The stress a garage door can cause is crazy. It was a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and would give them a 10 star rating if possible. Don't hesitate, give them a call to schedule an appointment. Thank you so much.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Called around 8 and got a 10a-2p window. Technician was early and very professional. Walked me through any problem spots, fixed the issue, and while he did offer some upsells he was not pushy about them. Would 100% recommend.

We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.

We were having issues with the open and close of our door. Your technician, Gary, arrived precisely on time and immediately began working. We were pleased that he couldn't find anything wrong except maybe some grass blocking the lenses and did not charge us for his inconvenience in coming out with nothing to repair. Two words describe James’s diagnosis and repair service skills: honesty and integrity. We discussed the main reasons I was having issues with my door opening. Solved on the spot. I purchased new rollers to replace the 20+ year old originals. We also addressed how the recently repainted door and new frame trim were the probable cause. No pressure; he left the roller decision entirely up to me.

The tech arrived 90 minutes early. Usually this would be a plus, but both my wife were unavailable until the tech and my wife arrived simultaniously. We were in a frenzy to put the dogs away, get our vehicles parked and engage the tech. WHEW!

Our garage door was not closing correctly so we called Precision Door to address. Mohammad came out to look over the issues. He was very polite and explained all the issues with the mechanical systems and how replacing the parts would make the door operate smoothly. Once the work was completed the door slides easily and is very quiet while operating.

Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I'd need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and they have never disappointed!
