My garage door quit working, and I looked online to find a company to fix it. Precision Door had a lot of reviews that were excellent. I called them and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. The technician was on time and very professional, checked out my garage door, (which was fine other than the spring being broken), and had it fixed in about an hour. I'm really frustrated that I put new garage door opener by follow instruction and it's wont let me to open or closed with remote or on wall button. Then I decided to contact Precision garage door service to come and help me to figure out what did i wrong then in a hours he found the errors and fixed it...now its work with remote and button on the wall... Thank you for your service and we will definitely to contact you guys if we have any problem with garage door or another.

The person who installed my garage door was professional and did a good job installing the new opener. The poor rating is due to very poor response from the billing/accounting department. I have tried 3 times (twice via email and once via phone) since the work was done to obtain a receipt for the work done. I paid $929.00 at the time the service. No one is available at this time to speak to me so the dispatcher took a message for someone to call me. I don't have a high confidence level that I will receive a return call. I will not recommend your company in the future.
