This was our 2nd time using Precision for 2 different issues. The service response and repairs were quick and affordable. We had Dylan as our tech today, and he was everything you wanted for a house call repair. Prompt with good communication, professional, knowledgeable, and nicer than he had to be. He provided us with his assessment, provided solutions to hit our budget, then completed the repair in a very reasonable timeframe. We recommend Precision, but highly recommend Dylan.

They corrected our old door after we had new concrete poured and the door now closes perfectly and seals at the bottom. The battery needed to be replaced (gave of a buzz every 2 minutes) and they came out the same day and there was no charge ( we are still under warranty).

Knew reputation and past performance; however, Precision's mark-up on Genie Opener was highly excessive for the garage door opener market. The labor charge was reasonable for this area, but product cost made this an expensive deal. More economical to purchase opener online or at big box store and pay for installation. Also, not receiving an immediate copy of the invoice was unacceptable.

Precision was able to have someone out the same day and Joe Worley came out to lubricate the belt mechanism and adjust one of the cable alignment areas. I called on Friday October 3. David came out within a couple of hours. Was very nice. He said he had to order parts and would send me a quote. It is now Monday evening October 6 and I have not heard anything from anyone at Precision Doors. David told me they work 6-7 days a week. I need my door fixed . David did get it to where we could manually open and close it. It is a 12 foot shop door.

Great service. Called recently about a spring being broken. When the tech got here he looked it over and agreed with me. He also did a thorough inspection while he was here. He explained that my rollers were in need of replacement as well, and may contribute to a shorter life span of part. In a short time he was able to replace the spring, which he informed me was still under warranty for no charge. He replaced all of my rollers and greased all of the other moving parts. He was very customer oriented, and explained things very thoroughly. Thank you for a job well done.
