After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. All around a great job by this team.

He looked at my problem and also did a safety inspection. Discovered that my opener was not in great shape so he gave me a price to get it back to new. This is the second time I’ve used them, first to replace the mechanism to belt driven- so much quieter and this time due to floor not level and had a gap that mice - moles and snow and water would come in so he put all new buttom piece on . So much better .

Called Precision for a replacement garage door. Jeff called when he was 20 away. Arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Showed me color samples, a few door panels and explained all the options available. I had a good number of questions and he answered them all. He offered a veterans discount as Precision is a veteran owned business. They have the door I desired in stock and installation is scheduled within a week. I thought the total estimate is very reasonable and would highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs or installation.
