Our garage door opener quit working after partway closing the garage door. We had previously had Precision change our system from 2 springs to 4 springs and replace the rollers when one of the springs broke and were very happy with the work they did. I called to see when they could come out this time and was pleasantly surprised that it would be the same afternoon! Tom contacted us to let us know he was on the way and showed up within an hour or two after I had called to make the appointment. He provided a couple of options for the replacement of our 16-year old garage door opener and completed the work within a couple of hours. We couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly, quick response time, and courteous and professional work!

Wow what great service. My Precision Door technician showed up right on time, explained everything he was going to do, and got to work fast. My new springs and cables were replaced in no time. Cameron and Joe were great! They arrived less than 90 minutes after I called for emergency repair service. Cameron outlined my options very clearly from absolutely required repairs to replacing the whole unit as it is over 25 yrs old. Excellent service. Our garage door literally crushed on itself, warping the rails and the door to the point we could not close the door. Called Sunday afternoon. Spoke with a real person. Danny arrived within an hour and a half of the call. Danny took the time to analyze the mess and worked to figure out a fix. End of the appointment, we have a secure garage door. A few days ago, my wife and I had a problem with our garage door opener not working properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service for help. I was greeted very nicely by a person who quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, Patrick Mulligan showed up at our door. He had called to let me know when he would be arriving and came at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly found the problem and assured us that he would have the problem solved. Sure enough, in a short amount of time he completed the job and after giving us a report of what he had done he was on his way. It was a pleasure working with him and we'll certainly call again if the need arises.

The experience was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The technician, Imani, was professional, on time and very cordial. She assessed my situation and gave me an estimate on repair. Once agreed on the work, she took her hour or so to fix the problem as expected, balanced the weight of the door and lubricated all parts. The garage door is back in perfect condition. And this was in cold and windy conditions. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My hats off to Precision, you run a great company!

The service I received was excellent. Mike McCllelan was the technician and very knowlegeable and efficient. I was a little surprised at the price but my old unit was 25 years old, so that's how it is. But good service in a very timely manner. The problem presented at about 5:00 pm and Mike was all finished before 7:30 pm. Can't beat that!

Tom came by to fix my garage door. It would open but not close all of the way. I scheduled an appointment online and they were here in 2 hours. Tom noticed that my sensor was bent. (I think I ran into it). He bent it back and fixed the issue. Thank you so much for the prompt and efficient service!!
