Your tech was prompt, and very nice. He replaced a broken spring and lubricated all the moving parts. He explained everything very well and I’ll definitely use you again. My only concern was that I felt the service was somewhat overpriced. I realize that costs go up, but not to that extent. Other than that, I was happy with the quality of service.

The person showed up on time after calling me and letting me know when they would be arriving. He carefully explained what I was to expect and asked me if I had any concerns or questions. He then took my questions and concerns under advisement. He came back with findings, recommendations and prices. We then discussed current garage door conditions and possible scenarios for future. We talked about what we would like to do next. He proceeded and cleaned up when finished. We went through the operation of the garage door to my satisfaction. I would and will invite Precision back for any of garage door concerns. They’re professional and friendly.
