The spring broke on my garage door, also needed bearings. Tim went ahead with repairs and ended up replacing the track rollers at no extra charge also upgraded to 2 springs for the price of one. Excellent service highly recommend.

I started a garage door DIY project and screwed it up. I called Precision Garage who had been out to help us before. Their tech - Brad - came out the same day - after 6 pm - and not only fixed my screw-up he also replaced the springs under warranty and replaced the long bar on a 16' door free of charge. He even oiled the springs and left me the rest of the can of door lube. Now the door is smooth, quiet, and perfectly balanced. HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door!!! Thanks Brad!!

Megan came out to assess my garage door, noted that I live in a condo community, paid attention to the door colors of the other condos, and gave me very helpful information about my options and how to prepare for the new installation. Called for an appointment, Joe was here within 30 minutes. He installed a new garage door opener, struts, and rollers on my old garage door. Very kind, explained everything that needed to be done and told me I could choose what I wanted to have done that day. Cleaned up everything to where you can’t even tell he was here, except that my garage door opener works and is very quiet! Would recommend Precision and especially Joe for any necessary repairs or installations.

Megan, our sales representative, did a wonderful job explaining all of our garage door and opener options without any pressure or upselling. She helped us choose the right solution for our home and budget, answered all of our questions clearly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Her communication and customer service really stood out. The garage door installer was also fantastic. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed correctly before leaving. He carefully explained how to use the new garage door opener system, the safety features, and maintenance recommendations. What impressed us most was how patient and friendly he was with my very inquisitive 7-year-old, happily answering every question along the way. I unfortunately can’t remember his name, but he absolutely deserves recognition for his professionalism and kindness. Easily one of the best home service experiences I've had in a long time. Our garage door failed in dramatic fashion around 9pm in the evening and Ron was here to take a look at the damage at 10am the next morning. 2 hours after that everything was working better than the day it was installed. The repair technician was very patient and explained all of my options. He assessed the overall health of the garage door and the mechanics. He provided me with a list of items he recommended and explained the urgent items versus items that could be taken care of down the road. As our garage door closed, I heard a huge bang and realized the chain had broken. Did a quick Google search and found Precision Garage Door and called right away. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and although it was going on 4 pm, a technician was dispatched and arrived about 30 minutes later. What I appreciated the most was getting a text with a photo of the technician. I felt very comfortable when he arrived. Once he accessed the problem, he explained in great detail what had to be done. I fully expected to hear he would have to come back with parts and was pleased to actually hear he would have everything repaired within an hour. I wish I could state his name but Google won't allow but I highly recommend this company and if all the technicians are as friendly, knowledgeable, and care about the work they do, there will be no surprises. Job well done! And with a 5 year warranty too!!!
