The technician analyzed the operation and found that the safety photo eyes were not working. He replaced them and the door began with. He did not adjust the height the door raises and after he left I discovered that it is too low. He also promised that I would receive a receipt for the parts & labor of this visit and a quote for a replacement door opener. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BY EMAIL OTHER THAN THIS SURVEY. We used Precision Garage Door for routine maintenance (lubrication) of the door. We were given a window the same day that we called and the technician arrived in that window. He inspected the door and concluded that the operation was acceptable. He lubricated the door and showed me how to do myself in the future and left me a can of lubricant. This was the second time that we had used them. Three years ago they had to replace the motor and other parts of the door to get it operating properly. This time was just routine maintenance. I have been very happy with their quick response and I am confident in their service.

Andrew installed a new garage door opener for me. Andrew was helpful, courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions as well as helping to pair my car remote with the new opener. This company is the best! I have used them twice, the first time was on a Sunday when the spring broke on my garage door and of course my vehicle was trapped inside, what else? They were there to fix the spring - on a weekend - very quickly! This time was no emergency and they were still there quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and very informative and he checked the entire opener and door and even lubed what was needed. Precision is my go-to garage door company for certain.

I called Precision at 2:00pm, Dave was here to repair my garage door by 4:25pm. Took a look and inspected my door. Went over different options to have the door repaired, I chose what would work for my budget at this time. Dave got right to work and finished within an hour. The man who worked on my garage door was very good. He was helpful and efficient. You are supposed to come and finish the job in 3-4 weeks. That is fine. I did feel that the garage door opener was a little too expensive. I don't know what one would cost at the store but I imagine it wouldn't be more that $500. This one cost $1300. I also was told that I would get an invoice in an email, but as of yet I have not received one. Other than that I am pleased with the service and look forward to having my new garage door installed.
