I was so very impressed with every aspect of your service. I made an appointment for the very next day after I called at the exact time that I wanted. I was called a half an hour ahead of time to let me know that the service person was on his way. When he arrived at my house, he gave me a very thorough explanation of what was needed and what was going to be done. Every element of the repair was done perfectly and timely….and as he had discussed with me. I called the Precision this morning and I explained my garage door needed to be repaired as soon as possible since my garage would not open not allowing me to pull my vehicle out. They were able to get me an appointment with the times I was available. Walker my technician called me to let me know he was on his way and text me to let me know he was caught in traffic and would be 5 minutes later. Walker came in did an inspection with everything that he recommended to be repaired. He then went and wrote up the cost of everything and gave me my options of what needed to be done and explained everything. He was very precise and explained why this may have happened to my garage. I decided to go with all the recommendations and I was happy there was a warranty. I would highly recommend using Precision for all your garage repairs. The staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful.

I have a Guardian garage door opener but the outside remote quit working. I ordered a universal remote that supposedly was compatible but upon receipt, we couldn't get it to work. I Googled for a nearby and experienced garage door service company and decided to ask for help from Precision Door. I called on Friday and they were here, on time, on Monday as promised. The technician was professional, friendly and, most importantly, helpful with his advice. He assessed the situation and made recommendations for us to find the remote device we needed. He also offered to return once we got the replacement remote if we needed his help. And, get this....he didn't charge us!!! Getting that kind of courtesy from a service company is unheard of. Consequently, I will be sure to remember their name and share it with anyone I come across who needs the help they can provide. I'm very satisfied with this interaction.

My garage door malfunctioned early on a Sunday morning and was terribly cockeyed and off track. My truck was trapped and I had a busy day scheduled. I called Precision Door at 8:30 am, a tech was at my home by 10:20 am, and the garage door was repaired and working better than before by 11:00 am. Precision Door tech "Danny" did a great job!

Frustrated, while I agreed with the cost of having my door repaired, I find the cost to be outragous for the 30 minutes worth of work that was required for the problem. I paid the $500 to have the cables and springs released and put back on. No parts were required no repairs were technically required, only tools and skill, and I get that his skill comes at a price, but $500 was excessive, I asked if that was the best they could do and he said that was the best. Granted I created the mess, I feel as though I was quoted an outragous price that didn't seem fair, but what do you do other than trust the company that comes out when you don't have the tools to fix the issue. The technician that came out was very polite and professional, but after the fact I feel as though I was taken advantage of because they knew I couldn't fix the problem myself. If the company feels this price is okay for 30 minutes of work then I have to live with that, skill comes at a price, I get that but $500 is a bit over the top.

Tim Tomlinson was my technician and did a great job inspecting and explaining what was needed. He also explained how the door original sprin installation was done incorrectly which was why I was never able to manually open it. The springs are now properly installed and I can now open the door manually if I want. If I need any future garage door service, I will be calling Precision Door Service.

I’m so grateful that we called Precision. We originally called another competitor and we were told we would need a new door as the damage was not fixable. I called expecting to leave a message but the call was answered at 10pm and they came out the next day! Anthony with Precision came out and saved us thousands! He was able to repairs the damage and replace a few parts and our garage is good as new!!! Precision has earned our business and well as our friends and family who may need garage services! They are the best!!

I chose your company due to a flyer I received in the mail and your website. I kept them in mind until I actually needed your service. I was given an appointment for the following day and your technician, Tom, arrived on time. He was very courteous and helpful in diagnosing the problem and was able to install a new device the same day. He was very professional and likeable. My garage door would not operate. I called their office and was greeted by a very professional and pleasant office personnel. She scheduled my appointment the same day and gave me a window of time that my service person would be coming. The tech called ten minutes before arriving. She listened and then went right to work. I felt sorry for her because it was about 19 degrees out. She figured out the problem and resolved the issues. She was great. I give her five stars also. Walker was awesome! He came out the morning after I requested the service and worked a half day in the cold without complaint. I appreciate that he took the time to share all of the price points with me, giving me the opportunity to choose what to fix now and what could wait. He was thorough, honest and skilled. Although it's never good news to have a home repair around the holidays, Precision made this experience well worth the expense!

And they provided an accurate window for my appointment I called at 8:00am and they arrived within a couple of hours! Our installer, Jacob, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand.
