The entire process from first contact, through scheduling, to completion of installation was very smooth and efficient. Megan kept communication going from the time she surveyed the work and provided a brochure until the work was scheduled. Joe, the installer, was the quintessential professional and he completed installation of both our garage doors in less than 4 hours. He was also very engaging when I had conversations with him while he worked. He is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Overall, my impression is that Precision Garage Door Service is an excellent choice for garage door installation. They know their stuff and have a great team!

Had same day service. Dylan came a little early and worked for 9 hours until the entire repairs were completed. He even had to call for assistance twice because we live in a 1950’s house and our garage door is so heavy. We feel like we have a new garage door without replacing the door itself. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Dylan.

Had spring break on garage door. Joe came out next day and replaced both springs, wheel and bearings. 5 year warranty etc. Bit expensive but did good job. This company replaced same spring 14 years ago, so got 14 years out of last job.

Our technician today was Cameron Fry. Very happy with the service he provided. It was great they could come same day, he was timely and was even better that he called and was able to come earlier than initially expected. Very easy to work with and helpful went above expected service. Also worked very timely and efficiently. When I was a little apprehensive with cost as I didn't have much of a frame of reference, I greatly appreciated that the company was willing to work with me on it. All I needed was a garage door removal but it saved me extra time and the unnecessary risk of taking the door down myself. Highly recommend. One thing to note as someone who also works at a company with an answering service, it did get my name and address wrong thankfully I saw and was able to call before he drove out so just keep an eye on that.

Reached out to get a quote on my garage door and was able to schedule it fairly quickly. Technician came out Sunday afternoon and was able to diagnose my garage quickly. I had a sagging/bowing garage door from it being hit and needed updated stronger parts too. Provided me with a run down of what needed done and then a few additional things that could be done if wanted to help prolong my garage doors life. Not that it was much $$$, but we did end up applying for financing with them and was approved but had to wait 24 hours before the loan was officially approved from Precision. There was some confusion on all sides but it got figured out and everyone was great about it! Same technician came out that Monday afternoon and got the work done and it looks great! Door works better than before and I can finally use it after months of not knowing what to do. Wish we reached out sooner to this company but it’s hard to find reliable and honest companies these days, so we lucked out with Precision. (Thank you Google!) Slapped one of their stickers on the garage door so when we sell the house, the next people know who to contact. Plus their warranties are transferable which is great!! (Would love to shout out the technician we had but can’t remember his name, if I do I’ll add it later. He was great!!)
