Precision door sent out a repair man on the same day, on a weekend, without charging me extra. He arrived when he said he would and called to let me know he wad on his way. He was very easy to work with and found some more repairs that needed to be done that I hadn’t known about and made sure the whole door and opener were serviced and safe. Highly recommend.

The guy who came out to fix my door was super kind and helped me. He explained everything that was wrong with it in a way I could understand. He gave me advice and was just an all around good dude.
