Excellent customer service and support. I had an appointment with the technician to discuss garage door installation the same day I called. When the garage door arrived customer service called and arranged an appointment a few days out. The door was installed perfectly and the garage area was cleaned up. Thanks to Alana, Alex and Tim!

It was so easy to make an appointment online. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable and friendly! He had a new garage door opener on the truck already and had it installed very quickly. We are very happy with the whole process.

Beware questionable business practices,asked for an estimate tech said he needed to see the door first,it had broke the spring and one of the cables on the front side,the tech took the left hand side apart of course so when he gave me his ridiculous estimate eventually I would feel compelled to allow it,he gave me a $2330.00 estimate to not only replace the spring and cables but all kinds of parts for the door ,plus an additional future rebalancing of tge door at a later date,unbelievable, I told him to just replace the spring and the two cables ,he was upset and angry but did the work and charged me $584.00 to do the spring and cables,he has obviously been trained to up sell and charge people ridiculous money for things they dont need,I obviously will never use this company again and highly recommend you dont either.

Was happy that Derek pointed out issues with our door. Issues that would have surfaced over time and maybe done damage to our cars. It was nice to be proactive. Was a little pricey but things cost money to do it right.

The spring broke on my garage door, also needed bearings. Tim went ahead with repairs and ended up replacing the track rollers at no extra charge also upgraded to 2 springs for the price of one. Excellent service highly recommend.

I started a garage door DIY project and screwed it up. I called Precision Garage who had been out to help us before. Their tech - Brad - came out the same day - after 6 pm - and not only fixed my screw-up he also replaced the springs under warranty and replaced the long bar on a 16' door free of charge. He even oiled the springs and left me the rest of the can of door lube. Now the door is smooth, quiet, and perfectly balanced. HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door!!! Thanks Brad!!

Called for an appointment, Joe was here within 30 minutes. He installed a new garage door opener, struts, and rollers on my old garage door. Very kind, explained everything that needed to be done and told me I could choose what I wanted to have done that day. Cleaned up everything to where you can’t even tell he was here, except that my garage door opener works and is very quiet! Would recommend Precision and especially Joe for any necessary repairs or installations.
