First class service and quality provided. Not only was it easy and convenient to schedule, my service technician was superior. Jacob Jones was a complete professional. He spent time with me to explain the work that would be necessary to get my garage door back in working order. He was super smart, worked efficiently and made it a fun experience. I was very pleased with the Genie opener quality and features. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped with programming my built-in opener buttons in my vehicles after installation. I must be candid however regarding product cost. This product routinely retails for around $400. Even allowing for estimated cost of installation labor (which was not itemized), the markup was around 300%!

A bracket on my garage door broke t 4:00pm on Friday preventing my door from opening. I called Precision at 4:15pm Friday and they told me they would have someone come over between 6p-10p Friday. The technician arrived at 5:30pm Friday and was finished fixing my door by 6:10pm Friday. He clearly explained the problem and told me how he was going to repair it. I chose Precision because I had used them before and was happy with the service.

Precision Garage Door Service has been our go-to company for any garage door issue we’ve ever had over the past twenty years or so. Most recently, in a three year old house we purchased nine months ago, we called in Precision to evaluate a door that was obviously underpowered and not working well. Precision’s technician, Jonnie Swartz, thoroughly evaluated the situation and plainly explained each of the issues he diagnosed and the corrective measures that could be taken along with the cost of each one. Jonnie was great to deal with and, after our discussion, he efficiently and effectively corrected every problem. We now have a garage door that works like new ! We particularly like Precision’s customer service and attention to detail in scheduling and performing any needed work. We have found the professionalism and skill of their technicians to be first rate on every job the company has performed for us.

Contacted Precision Door yesterday am after our current garage door was backed into. Sales rep (Sarah) arrived early and found us a door match and immediately set up an install early afternoon. The team (Alex and Dimitri) arrived on schedule and completed a full door install ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service from the point of my initial call and thru the install process. The serviceman, Joshua, was very knowledgeable and professional, he clearly explained the issue with the door, and had no problem answering questions concerning the mechanics involved and the pricing. He replaced our torsion spring and keypad in less than an hour, and are garage door is working like brand new! We appreciate the 7 year warranty, and the complimentary lubricant for door maintenance.
