Easily one of the best home service experiences I've had in a long time. Our garage door failed in dramatic fashion around 9pm in the evening and Ron was here to take a look at the damage at 10am the next morning. 2 hours after that everything was working better than the day it was installed. The repair technician was very patient and explained all of my options. He assessed the overall health of the garage door and the mechanics. He provided me with a list of items he recommended and explained the urgent items versus items that could be taken care of down the road. I felt he had my best interest in mind and performed the work same day. Overall great experience and I am happy with the work.

As our garage door closed, I heard a huge bang and realized the chain had broken. Did a quick Google search and found Precision Garage Door and called right away. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and although it was going on 4 pm, a technician was dispatched and arrived about 30 minutes later. What I appreciated the most was getting a text with a photo of the technician. I felt very comfortable when he arrived. Once he accessed the problem, he explained in great detail what had to be done. I fully expected to hear he would have to come back with parts and was pleased to actually hear he would have everything repaired within an hour. I wish I could state his name but Google won't allow but I highly recommend this company and if all the technicians are as friendly, knowledgeable, and care about the work they do, there will be no surprises. Job well done! And with a 5 year warranty too!!!

Called around 0900 for service Technician was onsite by 1200 Very thorough inspection Tech advised what had failed and needed replaced also advised other items that could be addressed Tech was very professional and polite Door was repaired and serviced in about 1.5 hours I did feel the replacement parts were a little pricey but I also understand that things cost money and the labor rates must be in the cost. All in all I am pleased with the service

Imani vance she is super wonder woman. She do her job just like zip zap zoom. As per her advice i also replace the old motor of garage . After fixing the spring and rollers .. i was still hearing the heavy noise of the motor which irritates me. Within 30 min i took the decision and asked for imani to fix the motor. As per time promise she fix it before the time she quote. That's why i said earlier that she is super wonder woman. Thank you imani for the great service and i will definately recommend you and precision for garage related work.
