We were very happy with the repairs and I even talked to him about a humming bird feeder that we have in our front yard that has a camera and he thought his mother would enjoy being able to watch them when they came to the feeder. First the technician James was just awesome! Polite, fun to talk with and knowledgeable about the products and repairs. We gave him a tough problem there was no easy solution and we knew it. He finally came up with a plan and came back the following morning with a custom repair. No "off the rack" replacement but a thought out repair, cutting and altering the standard rails and pulley system to fit a new Genie system into a difficult and cramped location. No time was wasted, I was charged the quoted price, and it works fantastic. So much better than the older chain driven, partial opening door set up, he replaced. My wife liked him too.
