Easily one of the best home service experiences I've had in a long time. Our garage door failed in dramatic fashion around 9pm in the evening and Ron was here to take a look at the damage at 10am the next morning. 2 hours after that everything was working better than the day it was installed. Timeliness (less than 1 day turnaround), quality, service mindset, and friendliness is second to none. Cameron Flack was our technician. He explained in detail what he planned to do after performing a safety check. Our garage door suddenly stopped working. I received a quick response via text late on a Saturday night and a technician was scheduled for 10am the next day. Jacob came to our home to help us out. Pros: Arrived on time. Cons: Lack of transparency and inconsistent communication. I was initially told my existing lift system could not be repaired and was quoted nearly $3,000 for a full replacement. Based on that information, I felt pressured into moving forward. However, the work was ultimately completed for $500, which raises serious concerns about how the original quote was determined. Toward the end of the service, the technician mentioned that the real issue was a broken spring—and that they didn’t have the necessary parts to fix it. This was never clearly explained upfront. Had I known, I could have sourced the parts myself and potentially avoided replacing the entire system. By the time this was clarified, the replacement had already been installed, leaving me with little recourse. I’m also concerned about the quality of the new system, as it appears lower-grade and I’m not confident it justifies the cost. Overall, the experience felt misleading and left me questioning both the necessity of the work and the company’s pricing practices.

Loved that all the repairs, including the original issue related to broken spring(s), could be done in one visit/same day. This is very convenient for folks who need work done quickly and have limited time due to work, kids, etc. Cameron was very nice, pleasant, and professional! He explained what could be done, what was necessarily needed now, and what wasn't, and some of the ins/outs of the whole garage door function.

Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Offered alternatives for either a quick temporary fix or replace the 25 year old motors, etc with new units.
