It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high. I have neighbors who I will tell about their service, but I will mention that the price was very high for what I had done.

The installation was seamless, and everything worked perfectly over the past year. Recently, I noticed a new noise when opening and closing the garage door. James Damron did a fantastic job. He had everything he needed to complete the repairs on his truck. He did an evaluation of the garage door, made his recommendations to me and then went about his work replacing the springs, torsion cable, rollers, cable drum and bearing plates. Very professional.

I have used Precision Garage Door when at a previous house in the Columbus area. Because of great service in that house, I didn't hesitate in calling them recently for a garage door issue in a fairly new house. I was able to easily schedule same day service via their website and the service technician was very prompt and personable. He was able to fix the issue quickly and was able to exceed my expectations.
