Timeliness (less than 1 day turnaround), quality, service mindset, and friendliness is second to none. Cameron Flack was our technician. He explained in detail what he planned to do after performing a safety check. Our garage door suddenly stopped working. I received a quick response via text late on a Saturday night and a technician was scheduled for 10am the next day. Jacob came to our home to help us out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and a quick worker. We greatly appreciated his help and would recommend his work to others.

Pros: Arrived on time. Cons: Lack of transparency and inconsistent communication. I was initially told my existing lift system could not be repaired and was quoted nearly $3,000 for a full replacement. Based on that information, I felt pressured into moving forward. However, the work was ultimately completed for $500, which raises serious concerns about how the original quote was determined. Toward the end of the service, the technician mentioned that the real issue was a broken spring—and that they didn’t have the necessary parts to fix it. This was never clearly explained upfront. Had I known, I could have sourced the parts myself and potentially avoided replacing the entire system. By the time this was clarified, the replacement had already been installed, leaving me with little recourse. I’m also concerned about the quality of the new system, as it appears lower-grade and I’m not confident it justifies the cost. Overall, the experience felt misleading and left me questioning both the necessity of the work and the company’s pricing practices.
