The technician, Dmitri, came out on time on the coldest day of the year, was totally upfront and transparent about the process and price, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken parts quickly so we could use our garage again and get the cars out of the cold. Broken springs on our 20 year old garage door Sunday. Asked online for appointment, booked for 2 hours later, our technician, Dmitri Sierra called 90 minutes later to report he was on the way. Arrived on time, assessed the situation and our door was repaired in 45 minutes. Outstanding technician outstanding customer service. Thank you

I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van. I see your commercials on Good Day Columbus, so when my son left one of our remotes on the roof of his car and we could not locate it, we knew we needed to change out the codes and replace the remotes. Also, our outdoor keypad had stopped working, so i asked for it to be replaced. Dimitri was very polite and helpful, and worked efficiently, doing all the work including reprogramming in less than an hour. The price was fair and he lubricated the door before he left. I called this morning and the work was done several hours later. He left me his card in case I have any further issues. Highly recommend.

Last night we were watching TV and we heard a loud noise but did not know where it came from, this morning my husband went to go out and the garage door would not come up and this was about 9 am. I went online and booked an appointment, and by 10am they were out at my house and fixed the door in under and hour and the price was less then I thought. Would definitely recommend them to others.
