Last night we were watching TV and we heard a loud noise but did not know where it came from, this morning my husband went to go out and the garage door would not come up and this was about 9 am. I went online and booked an appointment, and by 10am they were out at my house and fixed the door in under and hour and the price was less then I thought. Would definitely recommend them to others.

The technician, Dmitri, came out on time on the coldest day of the year, was totally upfront and transparent about the process and price, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken parts quickly so we could use our garage again and get the cars out of the cold. Broken springs on our 20 year old garage door Sunday. Asked online for appointment, booked for 2 hours later, our technician, Dmitri Sierra called 90 minutes later to report he was on the way. The entire experience was very good, very professional. They answered my call quickly, took my information, scheduled the work for two hours later. Dmitri was very pleasant and efficient. I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van. I see your commercials on Good Day Columbus, so when my son left one of our remotes on the roof of his car and we could not locate it, we knew we needed to change out the codes and replace the remotes. Also, our outdoor keypad had stopped working, so i asked for it to be replaced. Dimitri was very polite and helpful, and worked efficiently, doing all the work including reprogramming in less than an hour. The price was fair and he lubricated the door before he left. I called this morning and the work was done several hours later. He left me his card in case I have any further issues. Highly recommend.

We are so grateful to Sarah and Dimitri from Precision Door. First Sarah contacted us when she heard about the damage to our door. She met our schedule and met with us at a convenient time for us. She helped us pick the product we needed and scheduled the work the very next morning. Dimitri, called, arrived on time and worked diligently in the cold to get the door done efficiently and expertly. My Mother is elderly and everyone was kind and patient with her, explaining the process and working in times that suited her schedule. We will always recommend Precision Door!
