Technician was very professional and helpful in helping me decide what I should do about my garage door opener that I had been having issues with. He explained everything and did not pressure me to purchase the garage door opener. He was very friendly and courteous. Finished the installation quickly and explained how everything worked when he was done. I have used Precision a couple times before and was very satisfied.

I liked the fact that the company has weekend appointments without an extra fee. My tech, who went by Mo, was very courteous and helpful. He seemed like he enjoyed his job. Our garage door springs broke at lunchtime and Precision was able to get someone out by 4:30 pm on the same day. Joe did a tremendous job in replacing our springs/bearings for our garage door.
