We had a great experience. A spring broke on our garage door and I was able to easily schedule an appointment for the next day using the online scheduler. Tony came out the next morning and did a fantastic job of fixing the problem quickly and also giving guidance on the overall state of our garage doors. I'd absolutely recommend him to others.

Our technician James was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Did not take him long to complete the job. The parts prices are really inflated based upon my investigation. The price should have been at least 30-40% lower. As with all service work these days the customer has little choice as we need to have the work done. Hope James is well paid. Dan

One star because 0 stars wasn't possible. I needed my garage door spring replaced and called out Precision. Imani was my technician and she tried to convince my wife to pay $2400 for this repair. After telling her multiple times we wouldn't pay that much, the price dropped and dropped and dropped until my wife agreed to $700 which was still too high for the single spring set up she installed. This type of tactic is beyond dishonest.

Cameron was phenomenal. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem of our malfunctioning garage door opener. Unfortunately, it was not able to be repaired however, he quickly and effortlessly installed a new one on the same trip. Definitely would recommend Cameron to anyone!

I had a spring break a few days before New Years. I called Precision on my in-laws recommendation. Within 2 hours the tech, Tom, was at my door. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My door was over 20 years old, so I asked him to just inspect the whole thing. He told me the things that needed done, other things he recommended and things that were still good. I went with his recommendations and 2 hours later it’s like a new door. I highly recommend this company, and Tom was awesome to deal with.

I had a company come out to fix my broken spring on the weekend. Unfortunately they just put in a spring. A month later my door was not tracking right. Called Precision and Cameron came out. He showed me how my rollers, cables and bearings were showing a lot of wear. He showed me the cost and how to maximize the life of my door. 2 hours later my door was looking and running like new. Very expensive and absolutely thieves. Big time over charged me, when I called they said the door remote was 60 dollars but they charged me 180 per remote, pulse 250 for outside keypad. I absolutely don’t recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY

Precision had been recommended about three years ago by my son. And they came and installed a new motor and cable for me last night when I closed my garage door I heard a loud crack, but everything looked fine but this morning the garage door would not open Precision came within 30 minutes of my phone call turns out I had broken springs. Matt gave me two estimates, and I opted for him to fix everything that was wearing out including the springs that were broken because I didn’t want to have to worry about anything else breaking in the near future and having a call back repair service. He replaced the springs bearing cable and some rollers on the door and it acts like a new door now! Now I have peace of mind knowing that it’s safe.

On Dec. 19 Bradley Bryant came out to help us with an on-going issue we have been having the garage door keypad. The last rep. wasn't very helpful and this keypad was causing major problems for my family. Bradley showed up and I explained what the problem was and he went right to work and solve the problem in a matter of minutes. Our family can't thank Precision and Bradley enough for finally taking care of this issue for us.
