After failing to answer my emergency call over the weekend (The power was out and I couldn't get the garage door key to work. Ergo, we were without a car.), I called again and Mike was sent by Precision to help. He was great! He was punctual and knowledgable. Mike solved my key problem and restored my faith in Precision. Absolutely fantastic service! Decided to use this company after many positive reviews from our neighbors. It was so easy to schedule next day service online- website is very user friendly. Technician called en route and gave accurate arrival time. Technicians Derek and Will were very polite and professional. They explained to us exactly what issues needed to be addressed and what they needed to do. The best part is, all the tools and parts they needed were already on their truck. In less than 3 hours, all work was finished. Before leaving, Derek and Will cleaned up all tools, the old garage parts they replaced and swept out our garage. We will use Precision again if we have any more needs and will recommend to anyone who asks!

Precision arrived at my home within 2 hours of my initial call. The tech (Trevor Derifield) was able to diagnose the the issue with my opener, gave me my options, and replaced my 24 year opener in about 2 hours. He also inspected the door and tightened and lubricated the hardware. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very engaging. I could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in the service he was providing. When it comes time to replace the door, I will call Precision and ask for Trevor.
