I have seen your Trucks in the area and also your ads o TV. I had problems with my Door not coming down and thought you might be able to help me. I got an appointment immediately and the Technician Tom came out and located the problem, advised me of my options, we agreed on what was wrong and the price. He was on time and did an excellent job solving the problem. Service was great, he arrived on time and in no time the work was done. I have programed your number in my phone. AgainTom was very good and on top of what needed to be done and answered my questions. Very Professional Company.

Precision Garage Door of Columbus had performed some maintenance and upgrading of our garage door about three years ago and did a great job. When the door and the opener began giving us some problems this week, I went with Precision Door again, and it was a wise choice. The technician arrived on the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, made some adjustments, and resolved the issue. The technician was not only expert, but also friendly and a pleasure to work with. Precision Garage Door has a loyal customer.

Joshua was helpful. He patiently answered all my questions, and was courteous throughout the service. He did good work, replacing all the moving parts on the old door. He was finished within the time-frame he estimated at the beginning of the service. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and with the finished product. The springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning and you guys were able to get a Technician out that same day. The Technician David was very helpful and informative, he even helped with the installation of the new opener which I had done myself earlier in the day. David explained everything very well and was done with the job quickly. My garage door has never been so quiet. David also showed me how to spray the hinges and other components of the door for routine maintenance in order to keep the door operating at it’s best. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of work on their garage doors.
