I am a big fan of Precision Garage Door. I have used others in the past and they don’t even begin to compare. Precision is responsive, friendly, professional and their technicians “know their stuff.” I also appreciate that they don’t to “up sell” you. I especially want to call out Adam Huston. LOVE HIM!! He is great - just as I mention above - responsive, friendly, professional and he knows his stuff and explains it to me in ways I can understand. I don’t want anyone else ‘fussing’ with my door but Adam - LOL! Precision - you need to clone Adam! Thank you for continued great service.

Prompt, courteous service with a fully stocked truck and no sales pressure! Precision installed new cables and springs 11 months ago and I was very pleased. I called today with a warranty question and received a rapid response - all covered under warranty! Adam Moore was very pleasant, explained what he saw as the difficulty; quickly and professionally solved the situation. We also discussed replacing my opener. He supplied two estimates; explained the similarities and differences; was gracious when I said I would wait on replacement.

As I was leaving for the Airport for planned vacation, my garage door wouldn't open, and I had to open manually. I called Precision Garage Door Service and reported the problem. I was returning on a Friday, and they scheduled the appointment on the following Saturday, no extra charge. Matt the service representative arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem at a broken spring. He repaired quickly and it now works as before, perhaps even better. He went over the pricing and offered options for the repair. Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend the team at Precision Garage Door to quickly diagnose, repair and warranty garage doors.

This is the 2nd time we’ve had you out to take care of problems with our garage doors. You never disappoint! Tim Tomlinson has been our technician both times. Focused on the customer and providing options. He explains each option and goes to work on the option chosen. His craftsmanship is off the charts EXCELLENT!! I will ask for Tim for future visits. I had precision install a new door in July of 2023. No problems with it until recently when it started making some noise while going up. I called and got someone here next day. He had to realign the door due to settling. Now no more noise and the whole thing is quieter than when 1st installed. Fine job every time I have used precision.

Excellent and fast service. My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called one company but they told me they couldn’t come out till July 8. Had a 16-year-old spring break on my garage door this morning (nothing else sounds like that noise coming from your garage!). I contacted Precision after a quick web search for help, and saw their great reviews and promise of same-day service. I set up the appointment via their online live chat. Their representative, Mike, showed up the front end of their appointed time slot. Very personal and professional, he offered me some options, and completed the job in under 2 hours. Could not have been easier!

The company technician arrived on time in a fully equipped vehicle. The work was done professionally, quickly and efficiently. I agreed with the recommendation to replace the roller bearings due to their severe wear. The provided two-year warranty is pleasing, although I hope that there will be no problems. Due to my not very good English, I did not quite understand the information about the company and country of manufacture of spare parts.
