Matt Eberly was wonderful to work with! He explained stuff super well, gave us lots of cost options and timelines, and worked super efficiently! While we don’t hope to have any problems soon, we will be sure to call Matt at Precision Garage Door with any future issues. Highly recommend. Also of note, we got same day service!

We received prompt same day service call for broken spring. Other existing issues were found, such as, fraying cables, wearing pulleys and bearings and rusted brackets. Door had been in use for 20 yrs with no service. Final invoice was over 2K.

Professional... Friendly... Good quality; unfortunately I didn't like the price for just fixing the one side garage door cable and adjusting it without replacing it .... I think it was a lot, especially after the operator stated that it won't be an emergency service charges. I really liked this company, they are the one who installed my garage door couple years ago.

I was very pleased with the work completed. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have an older home with a heavy wood garage door. He offered a solution that would help balance the door better so it is easier to open manually if I ever need to do so. The garage door opener (which is also old) seems to run better as well. They have been to my home 2 times within the last 4 months it has cost me over 4k. Warranties right! They find and sell you things that do not need fixed. They scam and you feel stuck to fix! Would not recommend.

He then did a fine job replacing the needed parts. When finished, he took his time to show me what he did.
