I will only deal with Precision Garage Door. I just purchased a new garage door and with the help of Alana found just what I wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable, gave me 3 options and helped me pick the best one for me. She was very kind an my new friend. Before purchasing my new door I had 1 other service call on my old door and it was fixed right away and the guys were very professional and courteous. I also had a service call at my parents house who had just passed away and the guys were so nice to me and got me fixed right up. I can't say enough about good things about this company. Would highly recommend!!

Our tec was amazing. Diagnosed issue( motor ) was fried from lightning surge. Educated about the correct light bulb ( not led) on the opener . This caused connection issues with our car openers! Who new!! Great job ! Would recommend to all! Dan Jones

We had Precision out here about 5 years ago and they did significant work and got our garage door working well. But we have being having issues with the door closing for the past month or so and had them out again. It just so happens it was the same person from 5 years ago - Tim. That says a lot, knowing that the same person is still with Precision. Tim was great and it only took him about 1-2 minutes to fix the problem and there was no charge. Precision has come out quickly each time and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to others.

My son had a great experience so I scheduled a tuneup - Danny was so kind and thoughtful, I was sweeping out my garage and he offered to use his leaf blower to complete it for me, saved me time and effort. He took care of my door and it is much quieter now. He explained future options for me as well which I appreciated. Great service!

I needed to have my gargage door replaced or repaired as it had stopped working . I chose Precision because of the great reviews. An precision employee , Derek, came out the same day. He was super friendly and after checking it out explained what the problem was and gave me a estimate , which seemed like a fair price to me considering everything needed to be replaced except the door and tract. Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. The technicians arrived within the specified arrival window (between 10: am and noon) and did an excellent job of making the repair and providing recommendations after inspecting all of the garage door components. The technicians were professional, courteous and focused on providing quality service. They finished the repair work timely and efficiently. Our experience with this company was great. Our garage door spring broke 11pm on a Friday night. And by the time we realized it on Saturday we couldn’t connect our schedules to be home, so Bob was here 10am Sunday morning. It was 102* and yet he fixed two doors and lubricated the third… Very professional, kind, explained thing well and getting the job done Plus left it better than when arrived in the cleanup….. that’s GREAT Business !!! I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.
