The first thing about this company that there is no fees for visiting your home.. another good reason is that there is no tax of 8 percent they asked . No labour charges they only charge for there parts.plus you are getting professional trained technician who understand work out with your budget. In my case the tech name was Imani vance she works with my discount and saved about 200$$ . I will definately use there service in near future.

We had a very small issue. Received same-day response. Tech was great guy, clearly knew his stuff, took only 5 minutes to fix it so discounted the "usual" charge significantly. This is the quality of technician and service one hopes for from a home service company.

I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door repairs you might need. Their customer service was friendly and scheduled an immediate appointment. Zach showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He fully explained the problem and gave me options to fix the door based on my budget. Called and a technician came out and fixed multiple issues with my busted garage door. The technician’s name was Cameron. He spoke well, was knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. He evaluated the door and then reviewed multiple repair options ranging from doing just what “needs” to be done, to what “should” be done, even to complete replacement. I felt comfortable discussing options with him. No high pressure sales tactics and no nonsense when explaining the likely reasons for failure. Decided to buy new plastic door he said if I were his grandmother that is his recommendation. Friday William spent hours installing new door even put a part in the Genie. House built 1820 in Worthington Historic District on National Register my husband would turn over in his grave if he saw what I bought. Called Saturday told operator I need to change door to wood.
