Called and a technician came out and fixed multiple issues with my busted garage door. The technician’s name was Cameron. He spoke well, was knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. He evaluated the door and then reviewed multiple repair options ranging from doing just what “needs” to be done, to what “should” be done, even to complete replacement. I felt comfortable discussing options with him. No high pressure sales tactics and no nonsense when explaining the likely reasons for failure. Garage door spring/cable broke in the afternoon within a few hours Tom repairman arrived to fix break. Finally found ? Decided to buy new plastic door he said if I were his grandmother that is his recommendation. Friday William spent hours installing new door even put a part in the Genie. House built 1820 in Worthington Historic District on National Register my husband would turn over in his grave if he saw what I bought. Called Saturday told operator I need to change door to wood.

It's the nature of the beast. First, I had no immediate need for your services. I recently bought my condo and noticed squeaking from the garage door opener. I was wanting to be proactive and contacted your firm, and was thinking to set up a maintenance plan. When your company man came on the same day I called, that was fine. He was a good guy and indicated that the equipment was probably original, which is about 35 years old. I realized it's time to get new parts as needed and he came up with a quote of just over $2,000. It was sticker shock, yet I agreed to the price, though had no clue what needed to be done and the cost of each item. He was there for 3 hours, and itemized everything out, and I paid the bill. At the same time I don't know what exactly the replacement parts are, and don't know if I got a good deal or got taken to the cleaners. It would be good if someone would come out and go over the work done and match up the new parts, and verify the pricing. It's the first time I have ever dealt with a garage door issue, and I should have done some homework before contacting a garage repair firm.
