The technician (Mohamed) came out to give me an estimate right away and explained what was going wrong with my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and lower than two other companies. The problem was with scheduling the installation. Although the office took my messages and texts, the door department took more than a week to call me back. The installer (Alex) was friendly and did a great job. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and excited about the new door.

Appreciate the fact they were open on holiday weekend. Scheduler was courteous and made a prompt appointment that day! No extra charge. Technician called advised a a realistic arrival and was there in no time. Assessed problem and resolved it record time. He was pleasant and professional. Prices were reasonable. Defiantly comfortable calling for any further services needed.

I would have given a 5, however I haven’t received a receipt for the work. Techs were on time, did excellent work. Supposed to have a warranty, but I have received no documentation to validate the installation or the purchase, or the warranty.

Technician was extremely professional and polite. He explained everything to me and even took time to speak with my daughter on the phone. He worked to get the cost down as low as he could. I still feel the cost was probably higher than some other companies, but a friend recommended you and I needed my door fixed. I am a fairly recent widow and learning to do these things that my husband used to do is, at times, daunting. Thank you for coming out so quickly to help.

Fast, same day service, at my business. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving an estimate of over $2000 to replace my opener I was not happy, but after the tech contacted the office, I received a price of $1000 that I thought was fair enough. I would offer 5 stars, but having to play a silly pricing game turned me off!

Technician did good job of analyzing the existing garage door insulation to make sure a satisfactory repair could be accomplished. He was able to work around a tight situation to modify the existing lift mechanism. Only negative was the $700+ for approximately 2 hours labor and parts (2 pulleys, lift bar and coil spring)

I needed springs replaced due to one breaking. The technician did a great job inspecting the door and all components. He was able to quickly replace the springs and get the door working great. The pricing was a little painful but it was worth not having to do it myself.

Danny was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend him for any future repairs. As for Precision's pricing, the parts were ridiculously overpriced. As for ratings, Danny would get 5 Stars and Precision's pricing would get a 1 Star.

I was very pleased with the Genie opener quality and features. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped with programming my built-in opener buttons in my vehicles after installation. I must be candid however regarding product cost. This product routinely retails for around $400. Even allowing for estimated cost of installation labor (which was not itemized), the markup was around 300%!

James was very nice and courteous. At first he was confused like I was when we opened the door. Doesnt act right when its cold..Makes a lot of noise. Tends to open normally afterwards. Will have to keep an eye on it if breaks. Will call back. At least I know what to look for if it does. I appreciate him checking it out.

The installer was great, and though the current prices were a bit of a shock - our old lift master was 26 and still worked, just lost its ability to communicate to a remote or new vehicles. Would have liked a stronger motor, but happy with the product and price and the warranty. Chose you as an extension of the old original installer - several merger/name changes, but service was just as good as the original - or better

The man who worked on my garage door was very good. He was helpful and efficient. You are supposed to come and finish the job in 3-4 weeks. That is fine. I did feel that the garage door opener was a little too expensive. I don't know what one would cost at the store but I imagine it wouldn't be more that $500. This one cost $1300. I also was told that I would get an invoice in an email, but as of yet I have not received one. Other than that I am pleased with the service and look forward to having my new garage door installed.

We had springs and bearing replaced and Carlos was really quick about it and got everything done within an hour. He explained what needed to replace and price for each one. Just a little overpriced!
