I appreciated being able to get service the next day. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He left the space cleaner than it was before. I love the new garage door opener. Very pleased with the response time and the service. Just wish the price for a new opener was a little lower.

I needed my garage door fixed ASAP and I called Precision Door and they immediately came out that same day. The Tech was very professional and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. The only problem is now I can't lock my garage. I didn't check it before the technician left because I had to go somewhere but when I put my car in the garage and went to lock it, the garage door doesn't come down far enough for me to slide the lock in place. But other than that I would definitely recommend Precision door to anyone!

Gary was superb, very considerate, knew his job extremely well, and was very professional. I feel lucky to have him install my new garage door. Thank you all! Genna, in your office was very considerate and compassionate as well. The only issue I had was that your supplier refused to void out the door I ordered because he said it is a less ordered door and he did not know if he could sell it again. My door completely broke, forcing me to leave my car outside until the door came. So I asked for another door you had in stock. You could have come out with another door the next day, but because the supplier was not willing to cancel his door, and allow me get one you had in stock, I was forced to leave my car out overnight for more than a week on a busy, very dangerous and fairly high crime street. That upset me that your supplier thought it was more important to turn a profit for himsef, then to be concerned for my safety, and the safety of my vehicle. There is an exression: "The number one cause of poverty is greed." Don't you think that was selfish of your supplier? Anyway, other than that I am very happy with your company and the door. Thank you.

Eric was a great technician for us - answered all our questions on options and pros/cons, did a good job on installation, and clean-up. We appreciated the weekend and evening availability for quotes, quote on day of meeting, prompt requotes when we altered work and coordination of the work. They only suggestions I would have would be to have extra color samples since that took more effort than it should and that our opener model does not have a feature to turn on the light when the beam is crossed - the only items that reduced rating. Product choices were good and pricing competitive.

Everything happened as planned very professional but when I went to throw something away in my trash bin it was full. Trash was just picked up this morning so it would have been nice if you would take your trash with you opposed to leaving it on my premises.

I originally used Hamilton Parker. But knew they were not around any more. I looked in the phone book and saw your name (Precision) with a $15 rebate. The listing in the book looked very well presented. Yes, I took a chance and called. I talked with Allison and she was very professional on the phone. Answered all my questions. Gave me a time of between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Your tech arrived just after 10:00 am. Amazed me.Tim explained everything to me and recommended the overhaul. As it would be the best way considering the age of my door. Half way through I could tell that this was not his first rodeo. No wasted movements. He was in and out in about an hour. Tim is a great asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.Tim performed the work as if it was his garage door being done. To put it in a nut shell (if it were possible) I am VERY WELL PLEASED with the work performed by Tim. Worth every cent. I am confident that this door will now last another 15 + years. With regard to our pricing, we do realize that we tend to be the higher end of the pricing scale at times. This lends itself to the quality of our product, warranty, our 24/7 service and most importantly, your safety. It's important to take all measures necessary to fix your garage door right, the first time.

The service was good, the technician was on time and very professional. I have to say for the amount of time and work to fix the problem the price was a little high. Any future repairs or replacements I may shop around. Bottom line, garage door works now and I would recommend their service.

good installation, prompt service, showed up on time. I was curious about the My Q, seemed like Gary didn't want to go over this with me. He did take time to look at my home link. Also, I would have appreciated a summary of the costs before the work was done. I was requoted what was told to me over the phone. Seems like a strange way to sell a product and/or service.

Tim was on time to install my new door. Price for door and installation was a little high, but service was prompt and friendly. Only disappointment (so far ...) was that I ended up having to clean up debris from the garage floor, including a couple of bolts from the installation that would have ruined my tires.

It was Sunday afternnon and my family and I were ready to head out for dinner. Our garage door spring was inop. I called Percision at 6:30 and received a confirmation for emergency service between 9-11 Pm. Gary arrives at about 7:20 and was very courteous and quick at diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate for the repair. We agreed on price and he go to work. In just over an hour he was completely finished and the door was working perfectly!! Thanks Garya and thanks Percision! I'm one completely satisfied customer.

John was on time very nice person. He explained the problems and how he could repair the garage door opener. He replaced the spring, center plate, pair of drums right and left and balanced the door. Total cost $506.00. I called for service in the morning and he would arrive around 4:00 to 6:00 and he was on time and ready to work. Julie Garretson

We had a garage door problem on Sat. evening.....We needed to get the car out. Who do you call on the weekend??? My neighbor suggested Precision. I went on line and looked--24 hour service at no extra charge! The technician came out Sunday morning on time. Gave us a diagnosis and suggest an overhaul for less. He was great, finished earlier than expected, and gave us very good tips. The service was not cheap----but very good.

He was right on time and was professional in every way. Great service and a quality repair! It was a bit more expensive than others (about 100.00 more than the last similar repair I had done) but sometimes you do truly get what you pay for.

Prompt, courteous service really stood out. Along with routine maintenance (lubrication and inspection), there were some bolts that needed replacing or were missing. The service call was $55 and the maintenance, which took about an hour, was $99. Could have easily given 5 stars if total cost had been lower; don't know what other companies charge.

I was satisfied to get a prompt repair on a weekend. The technician was professional and good at his work. My only minor concern is that the door misses a complete closing by about an inch and hope that this could be adjusted. I was surprised that the cost of the spring replacement was as much as the original whole door installation, but that lies with me for not shopping around more.
