The service and the overall experience fully met my expectations. Was very pleased when calling at 2:45pm a service tech was at my home by 5pm. His work was fast and efficient. I appreciated his recommendations. I feel that the quality of the repair parts are of above average quality. I would recommend this company to others.

Operator was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. All went well and door now working great. As requested, this account should be changed to the name of Phyllis Fargo who is the homeowner now that John is deceased. Email is correct as is phone number for Phyllis. I would also like a copy of the current bill showing that it has been paid in full.

I simply looked for a Genie garage door opener repair site and yours was first. Tom, your repairman, was very polite and cordial I showed him the Genie keypad we used to open the garage doorI forgot the Genie code. Tom repaired the apparatus asked me for a new 4-digit code and could not get the Genie to operate. Tom said he has never seen such old equipment and was very disappointed that he could not get the keypad to open the garage door. I can still open the garage door using the Genie opener we store in the car. Tom "put everything back the way he found it and did not charge me for his labor.

Precious Garage Door of Columbus help design our new doors .The sale representative was very informative, friendly and professional. Our door should arrive in three weeks because of custom paint. Mean while we had to make a second call because the door spring broke...James was very professional, friendly and fixed broken spring issue.

Door opener quit working. Called Precision and received prompt, same-day service. Turns out that I needed to replace springs and install a new opener (bad springs led to motor damage in old opener). Technician installed new springs and opener. Also helped us complete programming of vehicles and set up phones. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. My only complaint is cost. I get that it is costly to maintain rolling inventory, pay technicians what they deserve, cover overhead, etc. However, Precision is charging at least double the retail prices for the equipment. Seems a bit excessive to me. Definitely received great service and top notch equipment though. That makes the cost hurt a little less!

Very pleasant technician. We had a broken spring, not a big deal except we needed it fixed asap, which he did. My issue was the estimate procedure. He put all parts and labor to hang a door minus the panels, close to $2K. Price was more than we paid for the door. This is a single door with a torsion spring. Cost for spring is under $100, average price around $60.00. Tech was here no more than 1.25 hrs including 20 minutes to write the crazy estimate. I was expecting a service charge, couple hours of labor and parts. Evidently they don't do jobs that way. Total price was over $500.00. They are at the very top of the scale for spring replacements. They gave me an estimate and I accepted it but by then it was to late get someone else to do the job that day. My advice don't let time over rule your wallet.

I definitely wasn’t expecting a total replacement of my garage doors replacement with the springs but they were very clear and transparent as to what my problem was so with that being said they were very helpful in getting my situation fixed.

Damaged garage door on Sunday 8/24 and called Precision immediately. Rep came out that early afternoon and gave estimate and said they would be out Monday. He informed me that my garage door was in stock and had installers available. There were 2 cars stuck in the garage. Called service dept mid-morning to see if anyone would be out. Response was they will call you. Waited all day for the call and did not hear from anyone until 5:00pm. The gentleman told me someone will be out on Weds. but he said they will try to get out Tuesday, if possible, he would call one way or another on Tuesday service, no call. On Wednesday morning Joe Williams called and said he would be out in 20 minutes, and he was. Joe did an outstanding job. We talked during the installation and got to know Joe well. 5 Stars for his job. If you promise same or next day service, you should keep your word. Joe P. from Delaware, Ohio

Great service but overpriced. Had 2 cables replaced. Took him less than 10 minutes and paid $275. They probably paid $20 for the cables.

The garage door needed new cables, and the repair technician did an excellent job. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the final outcome. However, the initial quoted price for the cables and rollers was nearly three times higher than what I ultimately paid after negotiating. While I wish I hadn’t needed to negotiate so much, I am satisfied with the service overall.

Happy with the installer and his explanation of the problem. My only issue was that when you sign with your finger nail you do not get a copy of the paperwork. I thought it would be on the internet the next day but it wasn't. I called the office and after 2 calls I was sent the paperwork I needed.

Imani was great. She couldn’t have been more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She performed the repair and replacement of our garage spring quickly and correctly. The only downside was the cost. $2,000 seems overpriced for a spring for a contractor grade standard garage door.
