Garage door stopped working shortly after a bad snow storm with.ongoung cold weather. I called Precsion Garage Doors because we had good experience with them in the past for my MIL home. Their technician Jacob was sent out that morning and I received a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Jacob explained the problem and was able to fix it the same day. I would highly recommend this company and the technician was extremely professional.

Having trouble with my garage door opener. Called Precision and they gave me an appointment the following day. Their tech Tom came out and we reviewed my problem. I decided that my old opener needed replaced. Tom gave me a couple of options which included the total cost. I made my decision and Tom did a great job removing my old opener and installing my new one. He then took the time to review the operation of my new opener and answer my questions. Great job by your entire organization.

I don't usually write reviews be they're good or bad. But I had to respond to the service I received today. I thought I was looking at a new chain or a spring replacement but after I explained to David, your service tech the problem he simply went to the opener and made the needed adjustments. I started to pull out my card for payment and he said it wouldn't be any charge. I told him how much I appreciated him coming out because I thought it's rarely to get this type of customer service today. You have a future customer. Bobbie W.

I chose Precision because I had a positive experience back in 2015 and they didn’t disappoint in 2026. David Morgan came out today and exceeded every expectation I think a customer could possibly have. I am very happy with the timely response, his knowledge, and how personable he was. He made sure all of my questions were answered and completed the job a lot faster than I had imagined. I think Precision is lucky to have David Morgan representing the company and anyone who needs help with their garage door should definitely give them a call. Solid company!

Mr. Bryant did a quick and thorough job resetting and lubricating my garage door, which had become hung, misaligned, and unbalanced. They arrived within the hour, and the entire repair took only about 45 minutes. He put a cable back on the pulley, lubricated all the moving parts, reset a frozen and aging spring, and properly re-seated all the rollers. He also took the time to show me how to reprogram the remote, which I appreciated. What stood out most was that he clearly explained what caused the problem, pointed out areas where future issues might arise due to age and wear, and suggested practical solutions going forward. He was professional, straightforward, and did not try to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The cost was very reasonable at $360, and they even offered a teacher discount. Fast response, knowledgeable service, and honest work. I would absolutely use them again.

We chose Precision Garage Doors because we’ve seen your trucks in the neighborhood over the years and because of the great reviews you get on your website. Jeff responded very quickly and came out the same day as our call after he dug his truck out of the snow! We got an appointment for the next day to have it installed. Joe, the installer, did a great job working in the extremely cold temps. He gave an arrival window between 8-10a and was here before 8:30. Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

I reached out online to schedule an appointment on a Saturday, no less! I was able to schedule same day between 12-4 pm. Dillon called me and was here at 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door and fixed it in a short time. The door works great and the price was reasonable as well!
