Our garage door opener had lasted over 30 years. Tech Joe Worley was able to show me many options for replacement. Joe was very knowledgeable and once I decided on the unit that fit our needs he was able to do the replacement very quickly. His work was thorough and he was able to get me an additional 2 year warranty. New unit super quiet. Great work Joe!

David was outstanding. My garage door sensors decided to stop working just as I was leaving for an appointment. He called to let me know he would arrive within 15 minutes. Thanks Precision!!! During the cold snap, in trying to open my frozen old 200 lb wooden 2 car garage door the cable-spring mechanism blew up. Not only did Walker drive up to Mt. Vernon and provide us a quote that beat your competitors, with all the options we desired, he was able to schedule an installation within 48 hours. The installers Sam and Willy braved single digit temperatures on Saturday morning and completed the job by mid afternoon. We are very happy with the garage door opener key pad, how quite it raises, how snug it closes, and the interior motion sensor that keeps the garage lit as you move about. We highly recommend Precision’s service and customer support!
