Excellent customer service! I called asking for an appointment for a broken garage door spring and the person that answered was extremely helpful and then Anthony came to install the new springs and he knowledgeable, professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. From the call to the finished repair it was less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision if you need anything repairs done

Tom came out to give us an estimate on repairing the mechanisms on our very old garage door. The working parts needed to be replaced. He returned with Joseph that afternoon and worked very late to complete the job. A few days later, David came over to trim the rubber strip on the bottom of the door which was rubbing on the side of the garage. All the technicians were friendly, professional and very helpful. We are very pleased with the results. We were so used to a noisy garage door that my husband couldn't believe that the door was actually working as it was so quiet!

Precision Garage Door sent a repairman out to fix our garage door on a timely basis. He was able to fix our garage door even though it was old and did this at a reasonable cost. I couldn't ask for any better service!

I do not typically write reviews, but I couldn't not say something. I called out Precision Garage to fix a broken spring on my door. My wife was home to meet the technician and was told that the repair would cost more than $2300 and was provided with a dishonest explanation. After asking them to leave, they came back to the door multiple times dropping the price until my wife finally caved at $700 (which is still too high). Stay away from these guys. They will prey on your lack of understanding to overcharge and take advantage of you.

Walker, the technician, was here an hour after we called. Nice guy, he found the issue quickly and fixed it. Overall, something like 3 hours between call and problem resolution. Much appreciated. Would recommend Precision Garage Door of Columbus.

Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job i own Wrench N Roll auto repair and our door spring broke 1/9/26 first thing in the morning. We had a great experience. A spring broke on our garage door and I was able to easily schedule an appointment for the next day using the online scheduler. Tony came out the next morning and did a fantastic job of fixing the problem quickly and also giving guidance on the overall state of our garage doors. I'd absolutely recommend him to others.

One star because 0 stars wasn't possible. I needed my garage door spring replaced and called out Precision. Imani was my technician and she tried to convince my wife to pay $2400 for this repair. After telling her multiple times we wouldn't pay that much, the price dropped and dropped and dropped until my wife agreed to $700 which was still too high for the single spring set up she installed. This type of tactic is beyond dishonest.

Unfortunately, it was not able to be repaired however, he quickly and effortlessly installed a new one on the same trip. Definitely would recommend Cameron to anyone!

I had a spring break a few days before New Years. I called Precision on my in-laws recommendation. Within 2 hours the tech, Tom, was at my door. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My door was over 20 years old, so I asked him to just inspect the whole thing. He told me the things that needed done, other things he recommended and things that were still good. I went with his recommendations and 2 hours later it’s like a new door. I highly recommend this company, and Tom was awesome to deal with.

We made an appointment and a technician was able to come out within a day. Tim was incredibly helpful!! He gave an in-depth explanation of what was causing the problem, where the fixes could be made, and options on solutions to those problems. He installed the new system on the same day and gave a detailed walk through of everything afterwards. Everything was very quick and efficient. He was extremely kind and knowledgable while also providing reassurance that Precision could help, should any issues arise. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Megan came out and gave me an estimate on a new door, opener and all the hardware that goes with it. The next day, Joe had my door installed! He showed and talked me through everything he was doing and why. He explained how and when to use lubricant on the rail and springs. He was super quick with the tear down and reinstall. He left no mess!! Great experience!!
