Talk about quick response - a technician was at my house an hour after I called. Joe was great. Professional, informative and congenial. He detailed the cost upfront, and solved my issue immediately. He certainly exceeded expectations. And actually name recognition came from the commercials on television, along with seeing your trucks in my area quite often. I have Joe’s card and will be in contact with the company for future needs.

Cameron is awesome! He explained everything thoroughly and provided us many choices and solutions to fix the issues with the garage door. He kept us updated with the progress of the installation. Once completed, Cameron took the time to make sure we knew how to work the new garage door opener and showed us all the parts that were replaced. We highly recommend Cameron and Precision Garage Door!

I wish I had looked at the 1-star reviews first before proceeding with the installation. This was exactly my experience. Expect to pay double what the most expensive installers would charge. Price of parts must include labor and warranty because they are easily 5x the actual part cost. Very deceptive pricing model. If you question pricing they'll decrease it, but still on the very very high end. That said the parts are high quality and the service was fast and well done.

Great service and install. My main problem is with pricing. The price is quite high and all components seem to have labor and warranty built into the price. Additionally, the installer was not very transparent about this and either didn't know or was trying to hide it. A quick Google of these actual part prices show they were charging more than 5x the actual cost of the part. I know you're running a business and I certainly expect some mark-up, but that seems excessive. I would have preferred a more itemized price breakdown where the labor and warranty dollar amounts are clear. That being said they did use quality components and the warranty is nice to have.

Carlos was the Precision Garage Door - Service Representative - who helped resolve the issue when my garage door opener would not open, and I could not travel to an appointment, because my car was in the garage. I tried several methods, but no success. Carlos showed up. His Customer Care Skills were THE BEST! He was empathetic. .He was skillful in his diagnosis of the issue - the garage door was frozen to an ice-form in my driveway. He resolved the situation...and...he conducted a Maintenance check of the garage door opener devise. I Give Carlos the Highest Rating.

We have used Precision a couple other times. The service is 5 stars. This last time I had a broken spring on a Saturday morning. I called-the woman who set the appointment was very friendly and helpful, the technician, Trevor was very nice and knowledgeable. We will always call Precision Door anytime we have a problem…you have a repeat customer!!!!

We received amazing service from Precision Garage Door. Our garage spring broke late one afternoon, I called and immediately got through to a person. They had a technician dispatched and at my house same day, within an hour and half. The technician took a look at the door, inspected the door for anything else wrong, made some suggestions and provided a reasonable, detailed quote for the replacement of the spring and refreshing various parts of the door, organized by priority in case I didn't want to have all the parts replaced at once. She had all the parts on hand to repair the door that evening, and the door works and is quieter than it has ever been. Would not hesitate to use Precision door for future garage door needs.

The service tech was excellent, knowledgeable and Friendly. However, $249.95 for a remote Keypad was an outrages price for an item I could've paid $25 to $50 online. Other than that Iwould've given 5 Stars.
