Very satisfied with our experience with your company. From the easy to use appointment tool on the website, to the tech Gary checking in the next morning and finally to our repair, everything went very smooth. Gary was very thorough and explained the options for the repair, which I appreciated. He was up front about what was needed to fix our problem, but was not pushy in any way. He gave us a time frame of how long it would take and he was right on that, too.

My wife saw an ad (Print or television, unsure) and the online reviews were very good. I just wanted somebody to come out to do a garage door “tune-up”. Tim the technician arrived promptly at the promised time, lubricated the mechanism components and definitely made the garage door opening/closing much quieter. I’ll definitely contact Precision again if I need garage door service!

I went to leave the house this morning and the garage door would not open! We called Precision Door and they came within a few hours. The tech was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The original call was to fix a broken spring, and he did quickly, but he also gave me a heads up on what services could be right around the corner considering the age of the garage door which I also appreciated. I booked an appointment on-line around 8am. James from Precision called at 9:04am and was at my home by 9:20am. He advised me on the issues with the door and explained several options for repair. Once I decided on repairs, he completed the work quickly and explained everything he did. Very reasonable pricing for the work done. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door repairs.

Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I'd need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and they have never disappointed!

Talk about peace of mind - Kurt from Precision Garage Door just left after completing work on our garage door. It had a very loud screech every time it opened and closed. Pretty sure our neighbors one block over knew when we left the house and when we returned. Indeed it was a form of noise pollution. LOL. Our door will no longer wake them up in the morning or interrupt their TV viewing. (apologies) Seriously though. We are so happy with the repair that was done by Kurt. He performed the work in a quiet and timely fashion, and was meticulous about clean up. He provided an estimate in advance, explained the repair in detail, and found the solution to best work within our budget. Should have called Precision sooner. The stress a garage door can cause is crazy. It was a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and would give them a 10 star rating if possible. We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.

We were pleased that he couldn't find anything wrong except maybe some grass blocking the lenses and did not charge us for his inconvenience in coming out with nothing to repair. Two words describe James’s diagnosis and repair service skills: honesty and integrity. We discussed the main reasons I was having issues with my door opening. Solved on the spot. I purchased new rollers to replace the 20+ year old originals. We also addressed how the recently repainted door and new frame trim were the probable cause. No pressure; he left the roller decision entirely up to me.

The representative had my garage door issue resolved in about 20 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. There are two reasons Precision gets a three-star review. Firstly there is a $20 Fleet Transportation fee added to the bill. I inquired about this and was told it’s for gas and the wear-and-tear on the truck involved in driving to appointments. I stated that I wasn’t going to pay this fee. It is a business expense. Joshua was able to give me a discount of the same amount. Lastly the charge is a lump sum total. I asked how much of the total charge was the item and how much was labor. The representative stated that he didn’t know. It’s all together. Since the needed the work completed and it was already finished (the representative could have undone the work and just charged me the initial fee) I paid the total without the breakdown but I felt like the company wasn’t being honest.
