The response was quicker than I expected. I was contacted by Derek within a few minutes that he was on the way to help me. He was very professional upon arrival, making sure to follow company policy. He did a very good inspection of the problem explaining to me what he thought would work and got my approval to correct the problem. Although i think the price was a little high, Darek did a very good job on my project. I assured him i would call him the next time i needed a door fix. I was unable to list all the parts used for the repairs purchased.

Gary was beyond incredible. He was extremely personable and explained everything so well. It was clear from the moment he started looking that he was an expert, and he was basically able to tell us our garage door history just from looking at the parts. He made sure we fixed exactly what we wanted in our price range, and that we understood all the new features with our new opener. He also made sure we understood the maintaince we should be doing forward and how to reach out with more questions. I truly wish there was someone like Gary for every home repair we needed.

My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

Awesome, awesome, awesome experience. My 28 year old garage door motor died on a Saturday morning. He made sure I was fully aware of the conditions of my garage door, what might have caused the break, and other conditions that could have caused the break. Gary was friendly, courteous, and professional. He also pointed out from a previous repair what could have been avoided if done properly. Quality and reliability are just as important to me as cost.
