The tech. Did a great job. My complaint is $2086 for 2.5 hrs work. 3 braces. New rollers. New springs. A few hinges and 3 bearings. Called a local company after the work was finished and her first question was “you must’ve used precision.” I’ll never use them again!

I had a very good experience with Precision Garage Doors. The sales process was professional, friendly, courteous, and with a no-pressure attitude. Questions were answered to my satisfaction. Features of the doors I selected were described and explained. Warranty info covered. The installation went very smoothly. The Techs even called to let me know they were running ahead of scheduled and inquired if they could start early. Of course! I had the garage area prepped and they appreciated that. The garage was cleaned up and all I had to do was put things back in place. Definitely would use Precision Doors again.

Our experience with Precision was, as always, exceptionally positive. We asked for David Crowe to be the technician sent to repair or replace our garage door opener. We requested David because of the excellent work he had completed for us in the past. In fact, David is one of the primary reasons we use Precision. David is knowledgeable, professional and personable. When David arrived, it took him just a moment or two to identify the problem, which he explained to us in layman terms. With our approval, David replaced the garage door opener quickly and we could not be happier with his work. We will continue to ask for David whenever we have garage door issues, and we will continue to refer him and Precision to our friends and neighbors.

I was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, who was very courteous and professional, took one look at my garage door/opener and immediately saw the issue and fixed it. He was also able to tune-up (i.e. oil hinges) and inspect the garage door at the same time. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have any other needs related to my garage door/opener.

I was able to get an appointment the same day to replace a badly worn garage door spring. The technician who came out was very kind and very knowledgeable. He examined the situation, made recommendations and was able to repair my door at that visit. The garage door runs much quieter and smoother now. I called for help when my car was trapped one day this week when we lost power. I was unable to lift the dead weight of the door and missed a doctor's appointment. It's a relief that I can easily lift the door myself again!

The service and staff were great! I wish I could remember the young man's name...so sorry! Nonetheless, on January 4, 2025, I needed a new garage door opener put in on an existing door and he worked brilliantly to make sure I got a quality opener and efficiently to install it. The quality of his work and customer service was a huge and welcomed relief as I needed the work completed before a tenant arrived (within a couple of days of service) and I was in the hospital. The company's prices were reasonable and their service was the best I've encountered. I can't speak highly enough of this team and would highly recommend them for any garage door service you need.

In a word...Yes! This is how you run a successful business. Joe was fantastic all around, starting with a call ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he took some time to ask me what I was looking for, really listened, assessed the garage environment, explained the process, drafted three options, and was done installing a new garage door opener within an hour. Hey carpet, window, and roofing companies...pay attention over here. No pressure sales. No haggling over a price. No calling a manager back at the office to see if the price can be specially lowered "just this one time." No hour long sales pitch trying to convince me Precision's products are better than the competition's. This is how you do it. This is how quality customer service is prioritized over increased profit margins. You could learn a couple dozen things from this company.

Able to get a tech out the same day I called. Garage door sensors quit working and he offered to fix my old ones for a cheaper price or to put in new ones… I took the new ones. Tech was very nice and personable and fixed the issue. Told me what was going on etc.
