David did an awesome job installing two new garage door opener motors today with remotes including syncing these two with an existing door opener. He arrived when scheduled, prepared & completed the job in a few hours. He needed a couple things which another truck brought to him so he didn't have to leave this job (that's so smart to have that option set up by this company). I asked friends for a recommendation and was given Precision's name. I checked online reviews and saw only positive comments. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day. Originally, I called for a repair, but ended up also purchasing a new garage door opener. The Precision rep was fast, courteous, informative, and gracious enough to stay and walk me through the original problem, the suggested solutions and then the new set up (including figuring out the wifi connection issues!) I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing this service!

Technician did good job of analyzing the existing garage door insulation to make sure a satisfactory repair could be accomplished. He was able to work around a tight situation to modify the existing lift mechanism. Only negative was the $700+ for approximately 2 hours labor and parts (2 pulleys, lift bar and coil spring)

Very meticulous work done today by Muhammad who was friendly and explained the entire process to me, including safety and future maintenance considerations. Our garage door stopped working on a Saturday at 4:00 PM, and a Precision workman (Trevor) showed up at 5:00. Everything was fixed by 6:00. Quick, diligent, and highly professional. This was the second time I used Precision and I will not be using any other company to service my garage door.
