Hi Jim Rapp and Sarah Crowe's supervisor, Your both should know how Sarah Crowe exceeded our expectations as we considered new garage doors for our home in Dublin. She was professional, on time, and prepared to answer all of our questions. She had some really good ideas about colors for the doors that would best enhance the look of our home. The spring on our garage door broke. We couldn’t get our cars out. Precision was onsite in less than two hours! Tom did a great job. He provided several options for the repair allowing us to choose the option best suited for our needs. We would definitely recommend Precision to any one needing to repair their garage door!

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.

My garage door was not operable and I called Precision Overhead Door. Technician Tom Palmer came within 2 days and he discovered safety camera alignment was the problem. I asked if he could install a keypad while he was here and he did within 15 minutes. I was happy to get a service call based on my schedule and also that it was a minor problem. Technician Palmer was professional and courteous and knowledgeable in resolving the problem. I recommend Precision Overhead Door to solve any issue you have with your garage door opener.

My appointment was scheduled between 12&4. Tim called at 11:30 and was here at 12. Amazing! He was very professional and inspected my entire door before repairing. I was not oversold and he only had to replace my broken springs. I will only use precision door service. Great job Tim and thanks!

Today, Ead was my technician from Precision Garage Door. He needed to replace and program my garage keypad, as well program all of my remotes. Ead was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. After he completed his work, I wanted to make sure that all of my remotes opened both of my garage doors. I also wanted to make sure that the keypad itself would open and close both garage doors. I never felt rushed as I tested those things. I high recommend Precision, as well as Ead!

You were actually my second choice after my first choice, (Apex Garage Door Service) ended up being very unprofessional.
