Our experience with this company was great. Our garage door spring broke 11pm on a Friday night. And by the time we realized it on Saturday we couldn’t connect our schedules to be home, so Bob was here 10am Sunday morning. It was 102* and yet he fixed two doors and lubricated the third… Very professional, kind, explained thing well and getting the job done Plus left it better than when arrived in the cleanup….. that’s GREAT Business !!! James was awesome! Perfect pro! Arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. My only "beef" is I felt your price was kind of expensive - on the high side. And as I've talked to others, they feel the same way - extremely on the high side. So I'm not sure how much of a recommendation they're going to take from me. I do like the opener. Kind of a bummer we couldn't tag the one to my truck - so now I have a Genie garage door opener and remote... and a Liftmaster. So two remotes in my vehicles. But hey - the wife is taken care of with Door # 1! Thanks!

When he arrived, he asked me to explain what was going on, and after letting him know what the issue was, he knew exactly what happened and got to work. Had a great experience. The tech was able to explain his evaluation of my door and what work needed to be done with it. After he fixed the door he explained what a properly balanced door should look like. He left my house/garage in clean condition and took old/broken hardware with him.
