I called at 1:20pm and Precision was on site at 2:15 or so. Tom Timmons was courteous, informative and did a great job. Both springs replaced and all moving parts lubed prior to him leaving. I would highly recommend Precision.

A very pleasant experience from reserving my appointment to solving my problem. Kim was very pleasant and helpful. Adam was awesome! He was courteous and professional in delivering service with a smile the entire time he was fixing my problem. He was patient and answered my questions. Adam provided me with a prioritized, itemized list of services required for service after his full evaluation. This allowed me to understand what was critical at the time for service and not required to do everything during that service call to stay within my budget. I recommend Precision for your garage door service needs. I would say the experience exceeded my expectations.

I previously had someone come out a quote me to repair my garage door cable and it was extremely high. So I gave these guys a call to get another opinion, and they had availability the next day to get me in. When Pat got here he took a look and gave me a MUCH lower cost. He also provided me with multiple options to choose between, depending on what I wanted. He was able to get it done that day in a great amount of time and now my garage door is working perfectly. The spring on our door broke on a Monday evening and they were able to send someone first thing Tuesday morning. He arrived on time, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He also noted a couple things to watch for in the next year but didn’t put any pressure on me to pay extra and fix them now, and I appreciated the honesty. Frankly, there are other companies who could do the repair for less, but I knew I’d be getting it done quickly and correctly by a company who stands behind their work, and that makes paying a little more worth it to me.
