I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service thanks to the technician, Trevor Derifield. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Trevor took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the work he was doing so I understood the process. He worked efficiently, did a top-notch job, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. It is rare to find someone who is both skilled and personable, but Trevor absolutely is. I could not be happier with the service. My garage door has never worked better. I highly recommend Precision and especially Trevor for anyone needing garage door service!

The garage door needed new cables, and the repair technician did an excellent job. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the final outcome. However, the initial quoted price for the cables and rollers was nearly three times higher than what I ultimately paid after negotiating. While I wish I hadn’t needed to negotiate so much, I am satisfied with the service overall.

We made an online appointment and the very next morning Derek was at our home to diagnose the problem and replace our unit. His customer service was excellent - he went over the issues and solutions in detail, talked through payment options, and after the job was finished thoroughly reviewed all components with us for use and maintenance. Rep was on time and totally professional and knowledgeable about my problem. He was able to explain what was happening and corrected quickly. He also explained and gave me a can of the lubricant I needed for the joints and other systems. This young man is what all companies need that make house calls. I wish I could remember his name.

Dave was very nice, courteous and patient with me. He fixed my problem in a timely manner. Would I call precision again, probably not, because I was shocked by the initial estimate of over $2000.00! I definately should have shopped around! As a retiree on limited income I only needed the springs/cable replaced and told him I had a set amount I can afford. No Senior discount was offered either.
