This is the second time I’ve used them, first to replace the mechanism to belt driven- so much quieter and this time due to floor not level and had a gap that mice - moles and snow and water would come in so he put all new buttom piece on . So much better .

I scheduled online very easily. While there were same-day options, I scheduled for Sunday. What a relief that they have hours that fit my busy schedule! The technician, Trevor, was very friendly and informative, and gave me all the options to fix my garage door issues. He found problems I didn't know existed, and my door functions way better than before it was broken. The fix was quick and professional.

Called Precision for a replacement garage door. Jeff called when he was 20 away. Arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Showed me color samples, a few door panels and explained all the options available. I had a good number of questions and he answered them all. He offered a veterans discount as Precision is a veteran owned business. They have the door I desired in stock and installation is scheduled within a week. I thought the total estimate is very reasonable and would highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs or installation.
