Matt Eberly came to my house within 2 hours after I called in my problem to Precision Garage Doors on Saturday. Matt was very professional and had everything with him to fix my door issues. the entire repair took less than 1 1/2 hours. It’s never convenient when your garage door won’t open and you can not get your cars out! I called Precision on Sunday morning and they sent a technician later that day. No extra charge for a Sunday call due to our location. That’s a huge plus! Tim Jr. came out and installed new springs and new garage door opener…. made our garage door like new. He is who I want in our home for this service. Tim is polite and worked hard until the job was done! He treated us like family. Thank you for the service you provide. We are very satisfied.

My representative David Hejduk was superb. He represented Precision overhead door company as being courteous, new his product and explained all options before making a decision on which garage door opener that i wanted. Precision had all parts to assemble and replace old opener with little down time and cleaned up after installation. Thoroughly explained how to work opener and i am a very pleased customer. I have learned from my recent repair. First do not go with a company that charges a fee to come out to look at your door. I have found many companies that do not charge. Anyways I had someone come out for 2 springs and 2 cables. Just as reference you can get 2 springs from home depot for about $150 and two cables for $20. I know that these springs are probably not as good or whatever. The guy was very nice and knew what he was doing. I received a quote for 2 new springs (regular ones not the strong ones) and 2 cables for $900.00. My jaw about hit the floor. I asked why it was so high and he couldn't answer me. I politely ask the gentleman to leave and paid $50.00 for the visit. I called another company, was able to tell them what the issue was and was given a quote of $400.00 if that was truly what the problem was. I understand that if there was more to do, it would of course be more. There was no charge to come out and the man came in, made the repair and I paid $400.00. These days I feel like everyone is trying to gouge you. Precision, I feel like you are one of those businesses. I will spread the word so I feel better about losing my $50.00

Tim did a great job, my 3 garage doors and Liftmasters were well past the 20+ year mark and were in need of replacement. Tim did all 3 in one day and set all my remotes to work before he left. He also cleaned up everything so when he left it was spotless. A real gentleman. I would 100% recommend Precision.

Hello Precision: Our service technician was Matt -- he did an absolutely GREAT job. Our repair job was somewhat involved, and Matt took the time and effort to explain it in full detail to include 1. the problem itself ( there were actually several problems ) 2. options the customer had to fix. 3. repair costs. 4. My 16 foot door was a disaster and needed a tune up and a lot of work. I am not going to lie. The cost was insane. It would have actually been cheaper to buy a new door and install. But I didn't have time for that. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that this company delivers. They show up when you need them to. They are available all of the time. And they provide great customer service. The best part of the experience was my tech Tim T. Tim is a great guy. I spent the whole 2 days talking to Tim about his family, sports, and career. The world would be a better place with more people like Tim.
