Kudos to Precision Garage Door of Columbus salesperson Sarah Crowe, who is very knowledgeable, practical and honest and also our installer Jordan Dameron, who is a highly skilled and super-efficient garage door wizard. Both are very pleasant to work with. Our challenging project involved an oversized, wooden, attached garage door constructed in 1968. Planning and working together, the two produced a perfect result for us at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company and especially these two experts, who are among the very best in the business.

Our garage door stopped working and after doing some online reviewing this seemed like a great place to get it fixed. While they may be a great service provider, beware of the pricing. We got a nearly $2500 estimate, which seemed a little insane. After talking to other garage repair places, our instincts were correct. We got everything repaired for $500. Always get a second opinion.

Our 15-year old unit broke on a Sunday. I called the next morning and a new garage door opener was completely installed before lunch on Monday. David, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the new features and any other differences from what we used to have.

We met with Sarah on July 23 and were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We ordered the doors that day and were promised delivery within 4 to 8 weeks. Today, August 18, Dmitri installed our new doors (a little less than 4 weeks after ordering) and did a wonderful job. We had a broken spring for some time on our garage door. One Precision’s techs came out, I believe his name was Aiden, but I don’t see him on the website. He assessed the situation, explained everything that needed done, fixed it immediately, thoroughly explained what he was doing and what he did after finishing. He went over all the pricing on each part, and worked with us to stay in our budget. Very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend .
