After having a new opener and entire new rack system installed this past January, the last thing I expected was for everything to go bad in just a little over 6 months. Thankfully, a bolt had just fallen out and Matt was able to remedy it quickly. He pinpointed the issue and had it done in less than 30 minutes. He was super professional, friendly, and personable… the best part is that everything was covered under the warranty so I didn’t have to pay for anything.

Our service man was great. But had to charge $110. This is outrageous. It just needed re-programmed. If I had gotten a smarter person on the help line, he could have walked me through doing it myself. I feel ripped off by Precision.

It was very easy to register on-line for an appointment and the serviceman was able to be at my home the next morning. Daniel was the serviceman and he called to let me know he was 30 minutes out. Upon arrival and his synopsis of the situation, he explained that I needed a new spring and ball bearings because what had been put on five years ago was not the appropriate size for my size garage door. He gave me the estimate and completed the work within one hour. I was very pleased with overall response and the service.

As Promised, my garage door was under a 5 year warranty from the work that was performed. About 5 months after the initial repair, the door started squeaking loudly. Domenic gave me four or five ways that I could go with the full price of everything then I chose the one I wanted and it was a very fair price, the opener the backup battery and the app I can't get over how neat and clean the installation was... Alona Moran was superb in her visit. She took the time to explain (and audibly) show me the difference between an insulated garage and a non-insulated one. She also told me the pros and cons too. She was prepared to give me written quote detailing the materials and charge. Her warm smile and demeanor was relaxing. Precision Garage door was able to schedule a same day service call. The tech explained the process, let me know what was happening at all stages and was able to perform on site repairs at the time of visit. I had broken springs on both my garage doors. I was given a quote and an option of putting off replacing rollers. But they were really Old and needed replacing anyway. The process was smooth and I appreciated the quick servicing.
