I was so pleasantly surprised by this service. Aiden was the most polite and honest person. He was professional and explained everything that i needed and placed it in an order of importance. then went over it with me to let me choose which services i wanted. He made professional observations but did not just try to upsell me on a new door. Rather he showed me that my door has plenty of life left and simply needed the springs and some new bearings. he did an excellent job, working diligently. I could tell he honestly cares about the quality of his work. He truly is a shining star with this company and they are blessed to have him. I will buy my next dooe from him without hesitation.

Mike McClellan was our technician, and he did a GREAT job, was super friendly and did not pressure the sale. Mike explained what issues he saw and the options available to us: REPLACE 1 SPRING REPLACE BOTH SPRINGS REPLACE 1 SPRING/MOTOR REPLACE BOTH SPRINGS/MOTOR Going in I knew we had one broken spring and the nylon gears in the opener were stripped alrhough the nylon gears could be replaced that could just leave you with a suspect motor on it's last leg. We opted for both springs/motor for peace of mind and a longer warranty. Installation was quick, and Mike explained all the new system (even had a battery backup). I am not sure about pricing as garage door openers/installation is not a regular thing but I suspect it was fair....but Mike and the overall experience made it worthwhile! Kudos to Mike and Precision !

In just want to drop a good word for derek mason, came to my home I had a million question and honestly in crisis, he was so paitent and so helpful he stood with me and wasnt rusing and was understanding with all my questions and frustrations. Derek was incredibly nice and tho could have absolutely scamed me he didnt. I didnt endup going with the service as i found something cheaper and a slightly better option. Use this service as i bet the rest of the tecs are as good as derek.

Once Jacob arrived, he examined the situation and clearly explained the options of the repair. Within an hour, he had completed his work and walked me through all that he had done. David was an excellent technician. He analyzed the issue quoted a price and fixed the problem (brackets holding motor broke). He installed higher quality angle iron and made entire system more stable. He checked wiring to ensure safe operation.

I had used Precision Door Service in the past and was confident in their reliability and quality of work. I was able to schedule a service call for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. I had requested an early afternoon call rather than late afternoon and they were very accommodating. After explaining my problem to the technician, he (Jake) presented me with some options to resolve it. I ended up replacing the garage door opener with a new unit (even though I didn’t have to) since the current one was about 12 years old. I am completely happy with the new unit. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

The technician (Tim) came out within a day of me reaching out to the company. His check of the door and the specific issue was comprehensive and he gave multiple options based on timing, cost, and property specific issues. He was very knowledgeable about the different openers and what all of the features were for each one. I was able to take his knowledge and settle on an option that worked well for me. The next day, he was back and had the whole job done in about an hour and a half.
