Loved that all the repairs, including the original issue related to broken spring(s), could be done in one visit/same day. Our garage door opener was 30 years old and needed replaced. We had no idea who to call. We saw a commercial for Precision Garage Door Service on TV and scheduled a next-day appointment. Matt E. showed up on time ready to go. Within 3 hours he had the new opener installed and had rebuilt all the moving parts. Matt’s very personable and a great ambassador for the company. Five years later there was a sudden screaming sound while using the door. Matt returned to find some hinges needed replaced. He did that, performed a tuneup and left us with scream-free door again. We’re very satisfied and highly recommend Matt and Precision Garage Door Service.

I required a Saturday night visit after my garage door was damaged and the door would not close. The technician called to let me know he was 18 minutes away. He arrived, very professional in his manner and indicated he would assess the damage. Following his survey, he put the results into a quote with a senior discount that I approved. He explained it would take an hour. Very competent, respectful,. This is the second time I have used Prescion. While pricing is high, service is very prompt and good. Thank you
