This and their prior reviews regarding services performed are legitimate and so worth expressing. Our garage door suddenly stopped working. I received a quick response via text late on a Saturday night and a technician was scheduled for 10am the next day. Jacob came to our home to help us out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and a quick worker. We greatly appreciated his help and would recommend his work to others.

Precision replaced all the hardware in July 2025. My call for maintenance was caused by the door moving very slowly and lights not coming on. The repairman was courteous and efficient. And the service was on Sunday. Excellent service.

The technician arrived on time, listened carefully to my issue with a broken spring, performed a thorough assessment, and walked me through multiple solutions while clearly explaining the best option. The work was completed efficiently, and afterward the technician took the time to explain what was done and answer all of my questions. I called at 2:00pm hoping to get an appointment next week. They were at my home by 4:30. My garage door was making a noise when I opened or shut it. Matt was very informative as to what was going on with my door and even showed me things I could do to protect my door and maintenance I could do to keep it in the best operating condition. He understood that being a widow, we have to learn to do things for ourselves. He was patient, considerate and was not afraid of my 75lb Doberman who took to him right away. Animals are the best judges of character. I have always appreciated Precision Garage Door's excellent service and quick turn around times. I am glad we selected them when we had our first garage door issue.

Our technician Tregg was wonderful. He was very professional came in looked at the situation and gave us options to choose from told us exactly what we would need and pricing for everything. Had I known, I could have sourced the parts myself and potentially avoided replacing the entire system. By the time this was clarified, the replacement had already been installed, leaving me with little recourse. I’m also concerned about the quality of the new system, as it appears lower-grade and I’m not confident it justifies the cost. Overall, the experience felt misleading and left me questioning both the necessity of the work and the company’s pricing practices.

Phoned and made the appointment for same day, customer telephone rep was polite and courteous.
