Simply great experience with Cameron, and I'm certain to keep coming back. Cameron was incredibly knowledgable and helpful describing all issues that my equipment was facing, and he gave me a variety of options and strategies to fix my issues. I was charged $5200.00 to replace broken spring and 10 year old opener. It's an old wooden door and tech did fix old parts but this is ridiculous. I requested talk with team with chat bot. Please help me understand why I shouldn't take you to court. Friends have had springs replaced for $200-$300. Maybe the opener need to be replaced for maybe 2K$. I'm sure the work was well done and it works well but this cost way too much. Friends recommended you but I can't after this experience. All I really wanted was to get door open and my wife's car out. I just came from a friends funeral and was not prepared for the sales pitch.

A lot of the reason I chose Precision Door is due to all the commercials i see on TV. I called at 12;10pm, and Danny was at my house at 1:00!! Granted, I needed a new system due to age, but he never made me feel pressured to buy one system over the other. I am very pleased with the product and will enjoy it for years to come. Bought a garage door "kit" from a big box store. It was good for about six months before the trash mechanical parts, spring, bar, rollers, cables went to hell. Door tech mechanic, installer, or what ever his job title is Malachi came out and replaced the trash parts with a proper sized spring for the door and to replace the upper workings of the door. Can't be happier, works as it should and should last for many years to come. Request this young fella as Malachi is a top notch worker and employee!

We have used Precision in the past.Always found the service person to be professional and knowledgeable. Zach was the person who came this time and as it became evident we had to have new door opener; he explained why and told us exactly how to operate new wall mounted control and made sure we were satisfied with equipment and work done.We really appreciated the fact that he sent a photo ID and text when he was close to arriving.

Service was just fine. Installer was professional. However, outdoor was under warranty BUT we had to pay $650. For a replacement door. Very disappointed in the warranty! It will be doubtful if we use your company again as we feel the warranty was less than satisfactory.

Our garage door wouldn't open all the way. I got a referral from a neighbor who recently used Precision Garage Door Service, and was happy about the service. I called and got same day service in Westerville, less than 90 minutes later. Communication was terrific starting with Isabelle at dispatch, andI was provided a photo of my technician, texted that he was on his way soon, then Jake Jones called me when he was about 15 minutes away. He was very friendly with my dog, got right to work identifying the problem, presented me with pricing options, and was finished with the repair in under 90 minutes. I hope I don't have garage door problems again, but if I do, I'll call for Jake at Precision Garage Door Service.

Bought a garage door "kit" from one of the big box stores, but the main shaft was a two piece job was absolute junk. The main spring was under powered for the job along with the cables and drums. Been much better to have Precision do the install than do it myself. The so called spring kit lasted less than 6 months. I had them replace the total upper end less the opener. The door tech Malachi was a pro and friendly. No worries with this company or this tech, request Malachi and you wont be disappointed!
