Just want to say that the service tech, Trevor, was outstanding in terms of understanding the issue I had and worked hard to resolve the problem. The door issue I had was unique and specific to the door bottom weather seal and how it contacted a very uneven cement garage floor. I'm satisfied with the outcome of Trevor's work. His customer rapport is excellent and you can easily tell he knows what he is doing. He works hard. Nice guy for sure. Everything was fully explained ahead of the work being done.

Also went beyond the call, upon leaving, noticed the door wasn’t flush with the ground and came back in to fix it! Also lubed all the wheels! Efficient, polite and knowledgeable with system. This was the second time using Precision. Danny was the technician that came out and was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I wanted a new weather strip put on my door and also I noticed my opener was starting to get very slow and sometimes stopping when going up. Danny was able to install the weather strip and install a new opener in a very short time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for great service.

I was super pleased! This company only replaces what is needed. They aren’t out to cheat the customer. He showed me the rusty parts so I could see why I needed new ones. He had everything he needed on his truck and had time so I got the whole job done in one afternoon. My repairman was courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained the new things to me. I got a key pad which was new to me and he made sure I knew how to use it.
