Called to make an appointment for maintenance and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could come out that day. The guy that came was polite and explained everything clearly. Made the decision to change the rollers, and ultimately decided to change the opener, as well. All work was completed during the initial visit. 10/10 recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Offered alternatives for either a quick temporary fix or replace the 25 year old motors, etc with new units. Went with two new units that offered wifi, cameras, and led motion lights. All I can say is being pleased with the outcome and 7 year warranty. Also appreciated the follow up calls on apt. day.

I was concerned about the stability of my garage door opener. I procrastinated for a bit. I finally called Precision Garage Door of Columbus. They sent a representative out the same day I called. I appreciate the effort to communicate an ETA; further I received a text with a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. He (Bradley), arrived in a timely manner, introduced himself and proceeded to inquire as to what my concerns were about my garage door opener. He evaluated the situation, thoroughly explained his findings and provided me with options and/or recommendations to consider. Any questions or concerns I had, he answered. I am extremely pleased with Bradley's (Brad) service. Great technician, great service, great company.

The service done by the technician, Malachi, was top notch. I always call precision door of Columbus for my garage door needs because they are knowledgeable and efficient and very trustworthy. I replaced a very very old garage door opener with a newer model of Genie and the “Tax season” discount they are currently offering was a nice savings. It’s nice to have my garage door going up and down smoothly and quietly once again.

My sensor was knocked off alignment. The tech knocked it back into place. He was very kind and thoughtful. Because I did not want to be a total waste of time, I went ahead and did a maintenance call. He explained the worn parts and everything else I needed to know. All in all a nice tech!
