This is the second time I have had to call Precision Garage Door Service. Everyone is always so nice. Carlos came out this time and he was just so pleasant. Matt Eberly did an awesome job! I had a spring break on one of my garage doors. The garage door opener was just a couple of years old. He replaced the whole system (minus the opener) in about an hour. Everything works as it should now. He came out last April for a different garage door. Replaced the entire system including the opener. Did a really awesome job both times!! Keep up the awesome!

I called in the afternoon to have a garage door seal replaced, and by 5:30 PM I already had a technician at my house to provide a quote and complete the work on the spot. Our garage door suddenly stopped working. I received a quick response via text late on a Saturday night and a technician was scheduled for 10am the next day. Jacob came to our home to help us out. Precision replaced all the hardware in July 2025. My call for maintenance was caused by the door moving very slowly and lights not coming on. The repairman was courteous and efficient. And the service was on Sunday. Excellent service.
